The villa is located in the Beverly Hills of Samui; Chaweng Noi. Whether its the beach, shopping, nightlife or fun, we are only minutes away, yet set back within the tranquility of coconut groves and rainforest with outstanding panoramic views of the ocean. Jaliza sleeps up to 14+ people, 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Our gourmet kitchen is fully fitted; an island, breakfast nook, double oven, microwave and all appliances required for that extra step in catering. Jaliza is perfect for family holidays, honeymoon and events that require space and a very special backdrop; the ocean.

Our Villa Manageress/Concierge will arrange your complimentary transfers to and from the airport.
Car hire, massage, sight seeing, tours and private Chef Hire can all be arranged at extra cost.
Jaliza is a self catering Villa but we do provide Chef services on your behalf.
Chef charges are:
Basic cost is Thb2000 for the whole group
Plus THB1000 for each extra meal i.e. Lunch or Dinner.
**Food cost is extra; Chef will purchase the ingredients from the supermarket and present the guests with the invoice.
If a Continental Breakfast is required we can arrange a Hamper Basket for self preparation for you every morning:

- A choice of Jams, butter
- Mixed Fruits

The Villa offers a stylish and spacious living environment, adorned with a refreshingly minimalistic and stylish theme that runs throughout the property. On arrival, you will enter on the ground level and step into an open plan deluxe gourmet kitchen and living area. To the right is a state of the art kitchen with all amenities, including a large cooking island fitted microwave, double oven etc and seating area, and to the left will see a generously sized living area with a flat screen TV, satellite channels, internet and mobile WIFI sound system.
Upstairs comprises of three bedrooms; stunning master bedroom offering king size bed, sofa and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom offers either twin beds or super king with guest bathroom and the third bedroom en suite with a king-sized bed. Lower ground floor offers further bedrooms, ensuite with king-sized beds, a bunk bed for Kids too. There is an open plan games room, complete with pool table and mini fridge. Every room on each floor opens out onto a joint balcony offering magnificent sea views.
Twice weekly linen change is included.
1.Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Villa; Smoking allowed outside in the pool area.
2.People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property.
3. Many Samui Villas with spectacular views are situated on hillsides and some with sharp drop offs so extra care must be taken with young children.
- Never swim alone or in pool overflow
- No diving or horseplay
- An adult must accompany children under 12 in the pool & pool area.
4. Turn off AC [air conditioners] when leaving the room and when leaving the Villa. Owners retain the right to charge for excessive or misuse of the air-conditioning system.
5. Lock windows and doors when not on the premises or during rainstorms.
6.Refrain from loud noise and not disturb neighbors.
7.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
8.Pets are NOT allowed
9. Cars when parked must not touch or rest against any part of the property walls or structures.
10. On Samui, water is very precious; please use the water sparingly & carefully. Ensure taps are switched off after washing up and showers used as brief as possible.
11. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, paper towels, diapers should be flushed at anytime.
12.The “property” is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner/Rental Agent is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest; Safes are provided. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
13.Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” the property, and accept the risk of harm to any children we allow on the property. Children must be supervised at all times.
14.The Property is provided in “as is” condition. The Homeowner or via its Villa Manager shall use its best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities in the Property, such as Internet access, satellite TV access, water or power as applicable. Homeowner shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible. Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as pool, decks, balcony, stairs and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the Guest’s own risk.
15.Guest hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Homeowner, their agents, owners, successors, employees and contractors from and against any costs, damages, liabilities, claims, legal fees and other actions for any damages, costs, attorneys fees incurred by Guest, permitted guests, visitors or agents, representatives or successors of Guest due to any claims relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life sustained by Guest or family and visitors of Guest in or about the Property and Guest expressly agrees to save and hold Homeowner/Rental Agent harmless in all such cases. Any matters arising with regard to any legality in these terms is deemed as being under THAI LAW and as such is only covered by the jurisdiction of Thailand
