The huge newly renovated ground floor 3 bedroom apartment features polished timber floors, strapped ceilings, intercom security entry.

3 separate bedrooms,
1 huge bedroom with king side bed,
2nd queen size bed,
3rd has a triple bunk ( a large double bed with a single bed above ) this room also has a big screen TV and XBox 360 games console ideal for children.

Large modern kitchen/meals with Miele range and breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, oven, kettle & toaster. All crockery, cutlery & cooking utensils supplied.

Tiled bathroom with walk in shower and a large concealed laundry.

Bedlinen and towels are supplied to our guests for the duration of their stay and a weekly clean of the apartment is also included for long term stays.

Guests have full private use of the apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor of a two storey building accessed by security doors.

I meet with all guests at check-in and frequently at checkout.

At your door is Melbourne’s magnificent St Kilda Rd with direct tramlines to the City, Chapel St and St Kilda Beach all of which are less than a 30 min walk away.

Public transport info: Tram 3, 5, 16, 64, or 67 from Swanston St in the city.

30 minutes taxi drive from Melbourne airport, or catch the Sky bus direct from the airport then the trams to the apartment.

Small dogs acceptable on negotiation.
Maximum guests 7.

Unreserved parking available in the two side streets, 100mt either side of the building with a parking permit I can lend to you.

Also from Friday 6.30pm to Monday 7.30am unreserved parking available out front of the building.

Check in – Check out - I’m happy to be as flexible as I can. I have had guests leave bags here as late as 8pm on the day they check out, rather than lug them around town before heading to the airport for a late flight. Please just ask! I live in the building so flexibility and ease of contact is assured.

Higher rates apply for stays during peak periods (eg, Xmas / NY and premium Melbourne sporting events/special events). Rates are negotiable for long stays.

Staying in my apartment means you can live like a local living in one of Melbourne's premier Art Deco buildings located in one of Melbourne's best positions.

As part of that experience, i expect that at all times you be respectful and mindful of neighbouring residents, and their expectation of peaceful enjoyment of their homes. This is especially true when entering or exiting the property, and when in outside areas such as balconies, courtyards and common property areas. Noise from inside and outside the property must be inaudible by other residents between 10pm and 8am and at a level that does not interfere with neighbouring residents' peaceful enjoyment of their homes at all other times.

Parties, gatherings, functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Nous avons été accueilli parfaitement par Stuart. L'appartement est spacieux mais le seul soucis, c'est un peu sombre lumière allumée toute la journée. L' appartement est sur une grande avenue donc passager, nous attendons les voitures de la chambre. Une deco irréprochable et literie très confortable.

Beautiful place, great location. We had two families and had such a special weekend. My first AirB&B and I am converted. Kitchen really well set up if you chose to cook at home. Highly recommend for a Melbourne stay.

We had a great stay at Stuart's place! It's such a beautiful apartment in a beautiful apartment block close to everything if you couldn't walk there it was a short drive away. Check in was a breeze thanks to Stuart's communication we would definitely stay there again!

Stuart's apartment was well above what we expected. The courtyard was so beautiful and the unit was very homely. It comfortably fit us and my extended family. Not only that but the location was very easy to get to the city and other sites. Can't recommend enough.

Really nice place to stay for up to 3 adults or for a family. Very close to public transport and the area has lots of parkland. Close to St Kilda night life or a quick tram ride to the city. Very clean and well presented apartment.
