We have a security deposit of 10,000 pesos that you will be given prior check-in and will be given back after the inspection of the unit.

1.The guest are obliged to send their ID or passport after confirming their prenotation for the registration of their entry and exit permit that will be pass by the administration.Without documents they cannot make their check-in.
2.The guest are obliged to take care of their personal things and valuables left inside, owners will not be responsible in case of any disappearance,we advise the guest to always close the doors and windows when they go out.
3. The owners do not have the right to enter in the rented accomodation during the absence of the guests except to stop damages or a danger occuring in the accomodation.
4. PETS are absolutely not allowed!
5. no smoking inside the apartment!
6. It is not allowed to bring any weapon,inflammable or explosive substances.
7. The guest are kindly asked to take care of the accomodation and its furniture situated inside and outside of it.They are not allowed to move the furniture.
8. When the guest go out of the accomodation they have an obligation to switch off the lights,aircondition,electrical appliances and close the is forbidden to throw waste in the toilet bowl.
9. It is strictly forbidden that any person other than the guests stay inside and outside the accomodation.If any other person that the one declare at the moment of the reservation are present in the accomodation the owner have the right to cancel the reservation of all the guest,in this situation we cannot give back your money.
10. The guest who intentionally or accidentally damage the property will have to reimburse the owners the full amount of the occured damage.
11. The owners will ask the security deposit on the day of arrival of (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) pesos) and will be refund to the guest in its totality on the day of departure only if they leave the accomodation in the same status as they found it.

Overall, we had a great experience staying in this condo. Jhass, the owner, was very good in following up and checking in on us. I had to update/extend our reservation twice due to unforseen circumstances and she was able to easily accommodate my request. Kristopher, her property manager, was also very reliable and flexible, especially on my requested check in time. Location was a big factor for us. There was no time to explore the city so it was great that the condo is connected to neighboring malls (SM Annex, SM City, SM Block, Trinoma, Landmark), in addition to having easy access to SM's foreign currency exchange, via an exclusive guarded bridge - just a 7-minute walk from the unit. We also appreciate that the unit is very clean and has all the basic household necessities. Though we never used the condo's extensive amenities (5 swimming pools, clubhouse, basketball courts etc), I'm sure it is a plus for guests with families/kids. The condo's staff and security guards were also very helpful and friendly. They even assist with your grocery bags all the way to your unit! Some suggestions I left with the owner: - Fix the leaking bidet in the bathroom by the entrance. - Consider including the utilities (electricity and water) in the airbnb rate so we don't have to worry about cash for security deposit (10,000 pesos) and potential additional cash outlay when checking out. I highly recommend this unit and will consider staying here again in the future.

Location is good! Short walk to the shopping center. Feel safe because of the checkpoints to the entrance and exits of the condo. My only concern was the location of the guards where you have to get the permit to use the swimming pool after 6pm. It might be better if tenants can just get permit from the front guards in every Towers. Other than that, our stay was a good one and can be recommended to others.

Thank you very much Ma'am Elverita for writing us agood review.. I already talked the admin about that but then they said that they are just following the rules. That after an office hour we really need to go to the guard station on the basement of Tower 1 if i am not mistaken. I hope that you will always consider my condo unit as ur 2nd home on your next vacation

Enjoyed our stay at the condo which has a very nice location. Excellent communication with the owner of the unit. Very clean unit. Had a minor problem with one of the bathrooms but it was quickly and easily fixed. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others.

We stayed June 17-20..The host was very nice!! But I don't know that there's no parking we have to go park in the mall parking lot and pay 200pesos every a pain in a butt to do that and security will tell you have 30 mins to unload..there's lot of parking space with rope @ the tower ,why can't they just rent that for residents..Our kids enjoyed the pool but they close early..

Sorry for that Ma'am Candy but unfortunately i didnt buy a parking a lot because its too expensive. When i came there i also parked the car outside the building and i paid 100 pesos everytime i park it. Im so glad that your kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Jhass, was always attentive to our needs, our concerns and she was always sending us e mails and thanking us. I didn't even feel that she was in Italy while I stayed at her property in the Philippines.

Host was very responsive and accomodating. Special mention to the onsite manager Kris who was very patient, detailed and always willing to lend a helping hand. Kudos to the owner and manager for a real positive experience. Unit is clean and relatively spacious considering our luggage. Good value.
