Sleep up to 6 in this 2 bedroom home away from home on two queen size beds and a sofa sleeper. Everything in this apartment has just been renovated: new hardwood floors, completely renovated modern kitchen, new furnishings. Enjoy free parking on the premises. A friendly property manager is available to assist you in booking services, sharing local secrets, and helping you get what you need.

Ashley was very professional, warm and welcoming. We had two of our employee staff members stay there for a month as they were out in Los Angeles conducting business and needed a "like home"environment to stay in. I would surely recommend her place to stay for business associates or friends in need. Thank you Ashley.

Great space, value and square footage for Bev Hills. Ashley is a fantastic host. We had one small issue and it was taken care of within an hour, much fast than I would have expected. Great neighborhood. If you're a walker you'll love it and it's also a short drive to everything. Great stay for me and my family, you'll enjoy it here.

We booked a little over six weeks at the apartment. Ashley was just amazing. Completely unrelated to the apartment, we had several very stressful personal issues come up during our say. Again, it had nothing to do with the apartment, but Ashley was so kind, flexible, and helpful that it really did a lot to reduce our stress. It truly was above and beyond the call of duty. The apartment is huge, and very centrally located. It's easy to get to a lot of cool locations. It's very clean, and the kitchen is really well stocked. Overall, I just want to really thank Ashley for making the so easy for us!

My in laws recently relocated to Los Angeles and stayed at the 8737 Gregory Way-Unit B property in Beverly Hills, hosted by Ashley Showell. They were there for over a month while finding more permanent accommodations, and it worked out very nicely for us. The apartment had been recently remodeled and was outfitted with everything necessary for us to be perfectly comfortable there. The property is convenient to restaurants and malls and Trader Joe's and Whole Foods--as well as run-of-the-mill grocery stores--a great gelato place just around the corner, and a nice park just a few blocks away (Ashley provided information on all of that at our initial meeting). Really anything at all we needed, in addition to being an easy commute for me to my new job. This was our first Air BnB experience and we were very pleased...five stars!!
