There was a miscommunication in the (URL HIDDEN) is not included. But since they didn't let me know in advance the nice lady in the office paid for my parking next to the building. 25 A DAY! IT looks just like the picture. Kitchen is renovated but not the bathrooms. GREAT LOCATION AND BEAUTIFUL VIEWS ON THE BALCONY AT NIGHT ..BUT they need to clean all the bird shit!! Lol. Great value!!! MIAMI IS EXPENSIVE

Room 1256 is just how it looks. LARGE! We had a great stay in Miami and Dalia was a great host. With the grocery and bank being right next door and taxi’s at the lobby made the stay that much better. Quiet floor and security to get into the area felt safe. Thanks for the hospitality.

The space was large and comfortable and very well priced for our 4 day stay. Our hosts Dalia and Jahan very lovely and easy to communicate with. They were especially helpful when they alerted me to let me know that a package I was waiting for was delivered to another address. Luckily they were keeping tabs on this and notified me in time to fix the problem. That special attention would not be found at a hotel. The patio is large and pleasant for morning coffee. The place was clean. Large TV screens in every room. The location was wonderful and although we had easy and convenient parking with our rental we found 10 dollar uber rides to south beach and Jungle Park and restaurants super cheap and convenient and avoided parking and traffic issues. Overall I would highly recommend this space to anyone.

A acomodacao foi boa, porem foi autorizado check in mais cedo e ao chegarmos fomos informados que nao seria possivel, as instalacoes sao bem antigas, assim, como os metais dos banheiros, descarga de um dos banheiros nao funcionava, a iluminacao com algumas lampadas queimadas, havia moveis velhos em desuso na sacada, toalhas velhas e principalmente o fato de que no site informa que tem cafe da manha e ao questionarmos a respeito a pessoa que nos atendeu disse que no site se trata apenas de uma sugestao do site(????), e esse foi um dos fatores decisivos na escolha.

We have awesome facilities that we share with the double tree hotel, including and not limited to huge heated pool, jacuzzis, many restaurants, and more. Sometimes, communication can be difficult with air bnb, but once booked, it's easy and we have an office inside the same building to help with what ever the guests would like and need. We try, I'm sorry she wasn't more satisfied with her stay.
