This private bright executive 3 bedroom second floor apartment is near the hospital in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. It is very well decorated with a full working kitchen with cooking utensils and high end furnishings. This apartment is brand new. It has two bedrooms with queen beds and the third bedroom has a single daybed with trundle. It is suitable for maximum 4 adults and 2 children. A large private second floor balcony, and a gas fireplace sets the ambience. The apartment also has a private compact washer and dryer. Free parking. No pets.

Use the back door and go up the wide stairs. You have the entire second floor of the building. There are no shared amenities.

If there is any need for assistance we can be available very quickly.

Tim Horton's and Mac's milk next door, hospital around the corner. Within one km, there is Home Depot, Walmart SuperCentre, a bakery/deli shop, and many restaurants and food chains. There is a Metro grocery store 2 km down Great Northern Road.

City bus at the corner about 100 feet away. Transportation from the airport is easy go (turn left) north on Airport Rd, till it ends at Second Line -go east on Second Line till you come to Great Northern Road when you turn left (or north). Drive approximately 1.5 km to 920 Great Northern Rd. on the right side just past Third Line.

No smoking on the property and no pets. Four night minimum.

Mark and Cheryl provide a wonderful AirBnB experience and are great hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure our team was comfortable and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to stay for anyone travelling to the Sault St Marie area.

The glowing reviews from prior guests of Cheryl and Mark were a major factor in our decision to a month in Sault Ste. Marie in their wonderful apartment. We found those reviews well deserved, and the stay exceeded our expectations. Cheryl and Mark's description of their property is very accurate. The apartment is spacious, well decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. The internet and cable service worked well, and were easy to operate. To our surprise, our cell phones worked from U.S. towers everywhere in the city. The apartment is less than 10 minutes and about 4 miles from the river and International Bridge. The wide interior stairway to the second floor apartment provides protection from the weather, but it is fairly steep, although there are handrails on both sides making it easy enough to navigate even for a recovering hip replacement patient. The apartment is very private from neighbors, and the first floor was vacant during our stay. The apartment is near the northern edge of town on the main road north, so there is a bit of traffic noise during the day, but very little noise overnight. Neither the stairway nor traffic were troublesome for us, and we would certainly stay there again and we do highly recommend the apartment. Our hosts were very attentive, answering emails promptly both prior to and during our stay, and used email to periodically check to see whether we needed anything during our stay. Cheryl met us at check-in to explain how to operate appliances, internet, cable, etc. We could not ask for better hosts.

Staying at Mark and Cheryl's place was home away from home. From the moment we met Cheryl she was so wonderful and welcoming. The apartment was so clean and BETTER than portrayed in the photos. The fridge was stocked with beverages and there were delicious snacks as well! I was working during the 2 weeks in SSM and coming to this apartment felt like i was home. The kitchen has all the amenities you need and more! The beds! are so so comfortable! I loved everything about this place! Thank you Cheryl and Mark!

Mark and Cheryl apartment was exactly what we were expecting based on the Airbnb web site. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the beds were comfortable. The location was also convenient as it meet our requirements. Overall it had exceeded our expectations.
