Règlement intérieur
L'entrée dans les lieux se fait à partir de 13:00

* Prior to arrival, guest including all companions (if any) are required to email their respective government ID upon check in (e.g. passport or driver's license etc.) to verify guests identity and for endorsement to Property Administrator.
* Check in : 1 pm
* Check out: 11 am
* Early check in and/or late check out may arranged subject to the room's availability and with proper notice at least 2 days prior to arrival and departure.
* Always keep door keys secure. Lost keys will be charged to guest's account.
* Lock the doors at all times.
* Please do not make loud and excessive noise inside the unit and the condotel hallways and other common areas as courtesy to other guests.
* We will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage of guests belongings.
* Please turn off all appliances, faucets and showers when not in use and/or when leaving the unit.
* Bringing out furniture, fixture, equipment and other accessories is strictly not allowed.
* Guests will be held responsible for any loss/damage to the property caused intentionally by themselves or their guests occurred during their stay and shall be charged on the guest's account.
* Cooking and heating of food are allowed but please be cautious in doing so.
* No smoking inside the unit. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony but dispose cigarette butts and ash properly.
* Illegal goods, substance and activities such as but not limited to drugs, gambling, prostitution, contraband, weapons, combustible, hazardous materials, etc. are strictly prohibited inside the unit and within the condominium premises.
* Secure all your things before checking out.
* We reserve the right to alter, add, amend all terms, rules and conditions above. Should there be such changes, we will inform the concerned guests immediately.

I stayed for about 3 weeks and I loved it. Jonah gave me a discount and it was quite nice deal. The room is as described. Clean and spacious. You can use shuttles to go town or Puka beach and it's free. If I come to Boracay island again, I will definitely stay here.

Nice apartement with a little balcony, very clean upon arrival and then cleaned a few times a week by the helpful and thorough housekeeper. The little kitchen is equipped for cooking rice, heating things in a microwave and frying an egg, but no more than that so you wont do any major cooking. Alta Vista, the resort in which the apartment is located, has really helpful staff and its pool is nice. The hotel restaurant including its breakfast is ok but not very inspiring (breakfast is not included but can be bought) and we didn't use it much. White beach and D'Mall with its restaurants, bars and supermarkets are easily accessible by a free hotel shuttle that does a round trip every hour until midnight. The trip takes 20 minutes. Puka beach is closer and also accessible by free shuttle. We travelled with a baby and it worked fine, although no baby bed is available in the room. Jonah was very helpful in arranging the transfers from airport to hotel so the trip from Kalibo went smoothly. We would come back and can definetly recommend this place tho anyone who wants a room away from the crowds but with easy access to the beaches of the island.

Our experience at Alta Vista de Boracay was wonderful. Jonah was always easily accessible via e-mail. His assistant Jocelyn was very attentive to our needs. The resort is secluded from all the hustle and bustle of the beautiful white beaches; but no worries! There is an hourly shuttle that takes you to D'Mall which is right in the center of white beach station 2. We thought the BEST beach was Puka Beach which Alta Vista also provides a free shuttle to. The infinity pool overlooks the ocean. Overall, excellent experience!

Dream stay in Boracay! Exceptionally professional service with fast communication prior and during our stay. Jonah and Jomar arranged our airport transfers for us which couldn't have been smoother. The unit itself was exactly as advertised: spacious, well equipped with a gorgeous terrace. The room and hotels facilities are all great: personal wifi, swimming pool, spa and especially the complimentary hotel shuttle bus to get you in and out of town. (Last shuttle back is at 12pm, you can find a cheap trike very easily if you're later though!) It takes approx. 15mins. Being at the top of the island is perfect to be away from the hustle and bustle & touts of Station 1. I couldn't recommend this unit enough, Jomar was a perfect gentleman and met us as soon as we arrived on to the island. As we got to the Hotel (approx 20mins) there was fruit, a huge drum of filtered water, bread and snacks waiting for us (after a long day travelling they were most welcome). He was always reachable via phone for any queries we had about activities etc during our week at Alta Vista and was a total pleasure. He knows everything you need to know. Thank you!

i had a great time staying at jonah's place. his staff was very helpful and accommodating. You can use the pool and shuttle services of the hotel as well as room service, so long as you pay for your order when it comes to the door. Would be one of my top choices when going back to boracay.
