Our scenic beach inspired 1 Bedroom unit is situated in Parkside Villas, a quiet and exclusive enclave yet just walking distance to Resorts World Manila and Newport Mall. The unit may fit a family/group of four. Your home away from home.

Strategically located near places of interest, our beach inspired condo unit features a laid back and relaxing ambience. This 1 bedroom unit with balcony comfortably fits 2 but can also accommodate a family/group of 4. Guests may use the sofa bed and lounge chair for 2 kids/extra persons. It also has a multi-functional wine bar / breakfast nook, modern kitchen, comfy bedroom and centralized Hot & Cold tap and shower. It has 40 inch LED TV with HD Cignal Cable TV and High speed PLDT broad band internet. We provide our guests with towels, toiletries, dining and cooking amenities and utensils.

Règlement intérieur
L'entrée dans les lieux se fait à partir de 13:00
Départ avant 11:00

* Prior to arrival, guest including all companions (if any) are required to email their respective government ID upon check in (e.g. passport or driver's license etc.) to verify guests identity and for endorsement to Property Administrator.
* Check in : 1 pm
* Check out: 11 am
* Early check in and/or late check out may arranged subject to the room's availability and with proper notice at least 2 days prior to arrival and departure.
* Always keep door keys secure. Lost keys will be charged to guest's account.
* Lock the main door at all times.
* Please do not make loud and excessive noise inside the unit and the condominium hallways and other common areas as courtesy to neighbors.
* We will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage of guests belongings.
* Please turn off all appliances, faucets and showers when not in use or when leaving the unit.
* Bringing out furniture, fixture, equipment and other accessories is strictly not allowed.
* Guests will be held responsible for any loss/damage to the property caused intentionally by themselves or their guests occurred during their stay and shall be charged on the guest's account.
* Cooking and heating of food, ironing of clothes are allowed but please be cautious in doing so.
*Hanging/drying of clothes in the balcony is not allowed.
* No smoking inside the unit. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony but dispose cigarette butts and ash properly.
* Illegal goods, substance and activities such as but not limited to drugs, gambling, prostitution, contraband, weapons, combustible, hazardous materials, etc. are strictly prohibited inside the unit and within the condominium premises.
* Secure all your things before checking out.
* We reserve the right to alter, add, amend all terms, rules and conditions above. Should there be such changes, we will inform the concerned guests immediately.

Great location for people looking to visit BGC and the city. This condo is lovely and compact. You really do have great satellite tv here, and the internet is fast and good. We were here for one month for my work and the staff are great. Well worth staying here for location and cost. The host is very accommodating and great at communicating in English.

Excellent! The condo is clean and offers a separate bdrm for adults (if you're traveling with family). It is located in a very nice area of Manila (Pasay), and is a hop, skip and a jump from terminal 3. It only costs 150 ppeso to get to Mall of Asia and into Makati. We strongly recommend the mall next to the Philippines-American cemetery (a truly beautiful site!). Jonah, Joy and Jonah's brother are all wonderful! Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I had a very good experience at this place. The host was very professional and accommodating. The room was very clean and fragnant. It was well-kept and modern. We also loved the beach theme of the room. The host also provided add-ons which improved our experience like pandesal, eggs, pancake mix, coffee, etc. Even though there isn't an allocated parking, it's still easy to find one inside the villas. The location was also very good since it is a walking distance from Resorts World and a few minutes drive away from NAIA 3. We would very much like to stay here again. :)

I like the location. very convenient. unit is nicely renovated and the layout and size is perfect for me. good security. staffs are generally helpful and friendly. jonah is a nice person. providing water and fruits is a nice touch by him. will be back in future.
