The Sea Crest Villa is a Spectacular New Construction Ocean View Villa located across from Santa Cruz Wharf and Cowells Beach. Luxury abounds in 4 Bed 4 bath w/ Viking appliances, Granite Counters, Travertine Floors, Spa Bathrooms. Location and amenities cannot be beat! There is a private parking garage with two spaces per guest, as well as ample on street parking. There are two Villas on site, and a penthouse suite. The Sea Crest villa is single level and there is a elevator available for guests with access needs.
Each villa is completely private, but we also have an additional 4 bedroom 3 bath Villa and a penthouse suite that can be combined to into a 9 bedroom 8 bath retreat for large gatherings and special family events that sleeps up to 22. Inquire about the Monarch Villa which is 4 Bedrooms and 3 Baths, and the Penthouse which features a 1500 square foot outdoor living space with full outdoor kitchen, which could be combined to with your villa to make the ultimate vacation.
Perched directly across from the ocean and the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Visitor's Center. Take the free summertime trolley offering service to downtown Santa Cruz with a stop outside your front door. Walk to the lighthouse museum at Lighthouse Field or hop on the old fashion locomotive train to Roaring Camp Redwoods. Enjoy 30+ restaurants and shops, rent surfboards, watch the whales and dolphins, enjoy the boardwalk or retreat on your own private deck with fantastic ocean views.

A hand hewn wooden arch top door welcomes guests to the Villa. All doors are privately coded with wifi enabled locks that give guests easy access with private passcodes to their villa. A large parking garage with private guest access, 2 reserved parking spaces and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand on return from the beach. The villa features an elevator for those with special access needs, and the villa is single level making it welcoming for guests of all ages.

The Sea Crest is largest villa with commanding views, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with 3 master suites, kids room with dual bunk beds and features a 14 foot long kitchen island with bar seating for 7.
The Monarch boasts 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, enormous master suite, 2 king size beds, kids room with dual bunk beds, 3 soaking tubs, ocean views, and a deluxe gourmet kitchen.
