***Stylish, comfortable and full of character***

This spectacular residence is about 80m² / 861.11ft² and has a balcony on the street side and a private terrace on the back side, that is connected with the bedroom. It has been planned and totally refurbished by architect and interior designer with a great attention to every single detail!
The apartment is situated on the first floor of this Victorian Style building (no lift) has very high classic ceilings (about 15 feet or so) with beautiful original ornaments.

The LIVING AREA is spectacular with some great art pieces, contemporary pieces of furniture, fire place (gas), TV, high quality home sound system with iPod (great selection of music), kitchen on the side (with sliding doors) and access to the front balcony.

The open plan KITCHEN is compact and perfectly equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, oven, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. You will have a selection of tea and coffee, snacks and soft drinks in the fridge, some fruit and a bottle of wine. You can also separate the kitchen from the living area with the sliding doors.

The large ensuite BEDROOM with kingsize bed and large build-in closet is very comfortable and quiet as it is situated on the back of the building. The mattress and linens are very high quality. You would have a choice between duvet or blankets (Please let me know if you are allergic to feathers!)
There is an ironing board and iron in the closet (if needed).
From the bedroom you have an access to the back private terrace that is ideal for an afternoon drink with friends or morning coffee.

The shower room with WC is easy to access through the glass sliding door from your bedroom. It has a power shower and single sink with a set of fresh towels and all beauty products you need (Shower gel, soap, shampoo, conditioner, face wash, tooth brush, tooth paste...).

You can also access the bathroom from the living area. The door is almost invisible and very discrete, hidden in the leather panel. It's a great solution for visitors as they don't need to enter your bedroom at all.

There is a high-speed WIFI throughout the apartment.

There is a separate laundry room (on the 3rd floor) with a washing machine and dryer.


The apartment is located between Belgravia and Knightsbridge, two the most residential and the safest areas of London.

The location is very central, close to tube stations Knightsbridge and Hyde Park Corner (Piccadilly Line). Day and night busses.

All of Sloane Square, South Ken, Knightsbridge and Mayfair are within an amble.

Harrods, Harvey Nichols, exclusive and luxury shopping street, Sloane Street, famous Motcomb Street that has become a home to an exciting mix of fashion, food and beauty brands with a number of 'one-off’retailers, beautiful Hyde Park, supermarket Waitrose, bank, chemist, optician, beauty and hair salons and plenty of amazing restaurants and caffes are all on your doorstep.
