Our special town home with huge ceiling to floor windows provides endless western views and invites you into the lap of nature and a wonderful vacation experience. We think it's gorgeous, but we'll let you decide!

Our exceptional mountain retreat has a magnificent living area with a gas fireplace, high vaulted ceiling and log accent with a great open floor plan. Snuggle on the large sofa near the fire to watch the HD TV while the views of Red Lady and Paradise Divide envelop you. Wander onto the inviting deck off the living room with a glass of wine while you watch the brilliant CB sunset.

The spacious kitchen is accented by a custom island, granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. You will find plenty of tableware and kitchen utensils. You need not bring soaps, cleaners and spices as they are provided.

The lower level features a tiled entry, a laundry room, and a comfortable den with a queen sleeper sofa, a room you can easily convert into a 4th bedroom (please contact us if you want to see photos of the den--we ran out of room for photos on this page but can send them to you as an attachment).

On the main level, there is a roomy yet cozy queen bedroom with a full bathroom in the hall just outside the bedroom door.

The third story features a junior-suite guest room with twin beds, a large closet, a dresser and an in-suite bathroom including bath tub with jets.

The over-sized master bedroom is also on the 3rd floor. The Master has stunning views, a king bed, 2 closets, a dresser and private bath with walk in shower and your own private deck. Large windows in the Master Suite light up the bedroom and allow you to enjoy the dazzling sunsets and mountain views. There is a nook that is perfect to curl up with your book or get some work done at the desk. A deck off the Master allows you to enjoy your morning coffee with spectacular, never-ending views.

Your vacation sanctuary in paradise has an attached, heated 2-car garage with great storage systems for all of your skiing, biking, and backpacking gear.

Enjoy the on-site hot tub after a day on your bike, the trails or on the snow. This very attractive complex has heated driveways and garage aprons deliver the ultimate winter convenience.

Winter
Your vacation home is well-located near the ski area. Skiers, take the easy walk to the West Wall and Peachtree ski lifts just steps away (about 3/4 of a block or a 4 minute walk). Or jump on the free shuttle that stops just out your front door in the winter and ride it to the main resort base or to town. When you book our town home ask us where to get your discounted lift tickets.

For those of you who enjoy Nordic skiing and snowshoeing, the Crested Butte Nordic Center maintains over 50 kilometers of "groomed trails around the Town of Crested Butte and offer complete ski and snowshoe rental packages as well as private lessons, clinics, tours, and fine yurt dining." The Nordic Center and trail-heads are within walking distance from Crested Butte's lodgings and restaurants.

Spring/Summer
Wildflowers begin their amazing display in the lower elevations around Crested Butte in June and continue in their splendor into August in the higher elevations, where the flowers, the hiking and the single-track are incomparable. July is peak month for flowers in the high country. The wildflower festival is in mid-July. The Crested Butte Music Festival also runs June-August. You are located very near the recreation/bike path between the towns of Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte. You can bike the 2.5 miles to the historic town of Crested Butte, or hop on the free shuttle with your bike. Mountain bikers, the upper loop along with the rest of Mt. CB's bike trails are only pedal strokes away.

Guests have access to WiFi, 4 HD TV's with Direct TV, telephone for local use, 3 hair dryers, towels, bed linens, all kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, and a shared outdoor hot tub.

We interact with our guests via email or phone prior to booking and arrival to answer any questions you may have. We are also available to answer questions you may have about our home and Crested Butte throughout your stay. Should a problem arise that we cannot handle by speaking with you, our management company in Crested Butte will respond to you and handle on site maintenance issues if any arise.

Our special town home is one of 15 units in Treasury Point, built in 2001. Our home feels welcoming, elegant and peaceful. You will enjoy endless western views in the lap of nature. The complex is friendly, very attractive and well-cared for.

The outdoor hot tub is shared by the Treasury Point complex. It's a lovely spot to enjoy the mountain starlit nights while you relax and enjoy the company of friends and family.

You can walk 3/4 block to the West Wall and Peach Tree ski lifts in winter, or take the free shuttle to the base area that stops right at the Treasury Point driveway.

In the summer, you can hike on the mountain trails on the ski mountain. Our home is well-located near the recreation/bike path between the towns of Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte. The upper loop along with the rest of Mt. CB's bike trails are just a few pedal strokes away.

It's about a 3/4 block walk to the West Wall and Peach Tree ski lifts. Or jump on the free Mountain Express shuttle that stops just out your front door at Treasury Point and ride it to the resort main base area or to town. You can also bike the 2.5 miles to the historic town of Crested Butte in the summer months.

** The nightly rate varies according to the time of year and holidays. The sales tax/occupancy tax in Mt. Crested Butte is 13.9% and is now included in the nightly rate showing. It will no longer be an additional cost to the reservation.**

1.This is a NON-SMOKING unit.
2.Please remove shoes in entryway and bring comfortable slippers or indoor shoes to protect the light, natural fiber carpets.
3.Garage Door: Keep closed as the garage is heated with pipes in the floor. In addition to a concern about keeping pipes from freezing, if the temperature drops too low an alarm will sound with the management company.
4.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
5.All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
7. Kitchen Broiler/Oven Drawer: Is only for storage of the one broiler pan. Please do not put any other pans or cookie sheets in broiler drawer, and make sure broiler pan is turned so that it fits flat in the drawer and is not raised at all on one end. Otherwise it will jam it and we will have to hire a maintenance person to free it. (This has happened twice). We will unfortunately have to pass this charge on to you if the drawer jams due to inappropriate storage of kitchen items.
8.Pets are NOT allowed. (This is a HOA rule for guests).
9. Excessive noise or unruly conduct may result in you being asked to vacate the premises.
10. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage. (garage parking is one car behind the other. There is room for two cars, or a car and a large pick up truck. There is NOT room for two large trucks in the garage). No more than 1 car may be parked in driveway. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
11. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Do not remove towels or linens from the unit.
12. Hot Tub: This is a hot tub on the premises for use of all Treasury Point residents and guests (total of 15 units). Please follow the posted rules at the hot tub. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm.
13. Fireplace: The fireplace is a natural gas log firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace.
14. Water and Sewer: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed you could be charged damages of up to the actual amount.
15. Gas grill located in garage is for outdoor use only in the driveway. Be sure to return grill to garage after use so it won't attract bears.
16. Leave the cabinet doors open under TV in living room when the sound system is on to prevent it from overheating.
17. Recycling: Please do not leave any recycle items (cans, bottles, paper) inside of our town home. There are recycle bins in the garage. If your stay includes a Wednesday, we would greatly appreciate your placing the recycle bins at curbside (the end of the driveway by road) by 8 a.m. as that is when the recycling truck picks it up. Please return the bins to the garage.
18. Trash: Remove all trash from the premises before you check out (including your food in the refrigerator and your open food jars and packages in cabinets) and place it in the bear-proof bins located on the way to the hot tub in front of Treasury Point Town homes.
19. Prior to Check-Out: Please help our house cleaners by placing all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and running it. Dishwasher soap is located under the sink. If you can, it will also help our cleaners if you place all used sheets and towels on the floor in front of the laundry closet on the first floor; we are aware that with a 10 a.m. check out this is a favor and a kindness on your part. Thank you if you choose to help with this. It is a great help, especially when the cleaners are preparing for another guest arrival the same day you are departing. And please, if you used the cloth napkins from the pantry, please be sure to place them in front of laundry closet on the first floor so they will be washed--please don't place used napkins back in pantry! Thanks.
20. Upon Check-Out: Please leave your keys and our garage door opener on the kitchen center island. (There will be a $75 charge if the garage door opener is not returned ). Please lock the front door with the lockbox key as you leave, place the key back in the box and scramble the code. Please turn off all lights, be sure all windows are closed and turn the heat down to 60 degrees in all the zones in the winter and off in the summer.
21. Check In is 4 p.m. Check Out is 10 a.m. Please be sure to sign our guest book before you leave.

Place was great. Beautiful view. All the rooms were fairly spacious (important as we all had travel cribs to fit in). Dawn very very responsive and helpful.

The townhouse was amazing! 3 stories tall, lots of garage space, plenty of beds, and tons of space for our group. The views of the mountains are great with the full length Windows too. The patios were perfect for the warm weather we had and it is entirely possible to walk to the lifts ( if you are creative you can ski almost all the way back : ) ). Thanks for the opportunity! We will be back!

This was my first experience with airbnb. My host was as helpful as possible, sending emails and links to make our vacation as beautiful and enjoyable as it was. I felt I knew her before we even got there. Everything was where it was supposed to be, lock box, extras in bathrooms and kitchen. There was never the question: Where is.. what should be do about..

It was surely a " luxury Pad" with all the amenities you could hope for and awesome views of the mountains (alpenglow in the mornings made my heart ache with the beauty of mother nature..) All 7 people in my group had their own little area and we enjoyed playing games in the wonderfully decorated living room at night. We had a wonderful time at this AirBnb and Dawn, the host, couldn't be more helpful. It is a beautiful home with every necessity taken care of and although we paid a premium for the New Year period it was a magical place to spend the time with our close family and suited our every need. It is virtually "ski in ski out" as our sons found with a lift very close by. There is an excellent free bus service just outside the door which takes you to the mountain square and into town. I would highly recommend this AirBnb and the area of Crested Butte itself.

Summers usually find us camping and hiking among the wildflowers in the mountains of Colorado, Wyoming, and Canada. Tom and I don't ski as much as we once did in the winter, but still enjoy both downhill and cross country skiing. We met through our common love of windsurfing and used to drop everything to follow the wind! Tom loves biking and climbing as well as music, photography, and books. I, too, love good music and books, and hiking in nature soothes my soul. We both love movies, and eating all varieties of foods. Cooking and feeding people brings me pleasure.

Animals are my passion. Tom and I have been involved with animal rescue work in the past, primarily fostering dogs and cats. Our dog and cat are rescues, and I know more animal rescue work is calling me. My first book, "MAGGIE the dog who changed my life" was about my dog and all that she taught me.

We have traveled to many places, some by air and many by camper. Crested Butte has been our consistent place we return to. As a local author titled her book, it truly is "hiking in heaven." We finally followed our dream to have a home in Crested Butte, and part of that dream is creating a special space for others to share, connect and find joy in.
