Have you ever dreamed of sleeping to the sound of pounding surf or waking up to see the ocean rolled out beneath your balcony - WITHOUT A NOISY ROAD BETWEEN YOU AND THE BEACH? THIS TIMESHARE IS DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH - 100 YARDS FROM THE OCEAN SURF!
Running down the entire length of Florida's Atlantic coast is Route A1A, a kind of slow, Route 66. Almost every luxury hotel and condo "on the beach" in Florida is really "On A1A." Instead of walking out of your door and on to the beach, you have to walk across A1A. Instead of hearing the surf, you hear cars all night. Instead of smelling salty air, you smell exhaust. NOT HERE! This is one of the few apartments DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH. That means when you walk out the door, your feet cross 10' of patio, and then SAND, baby! Sand for about 100 yards and the OCEAN. That's it. That's what you come to Florida for. And this is it.
Accès des voyageurs
You will drive into your own designated parking space, just steps from an elevator (or stairway if you're athletic). A luggage cart or two is ready for you to use. Friendly guests may greet you and introduce themselves as you load the cart and take it on the elevator up to the 2nd (of only 3) floors. Your apartment is at the end - facing the ocean. You can enter from the rear entrance on the 2nd floor balcony or from a semi-private entrance (used by only you and another guest) that accesses a stairway directly onto the patio and beach.
Entering from the rear entrance, you find a large bedroom with king bed, flat-screen TV with cable, phone, chest of drawers, end tables and door to kitchen.
The Kitchen, Dinette and Living Room are Open Plan - with a dining counter and high-chairs separating the Kitchen from the Dinette. The Dinette is simply a round 4-chair dining table, the area of which flows directly into the Living Room.
The Kitchen features an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stainless steel sink, and cabinets full of cooking pans, dishes, utensils, cups and glasses - everything you need to make and eat a meal!
The living room features chairs, coffee table, and a large couch that folds out to sleep two. Frankly, we like to take the mattress off and put it on the floor by the SLIDING GLASS DOUBLE DOOR to the BALCONY. This way you get the view of the ocean when the sun rises. But if you like to sleep late, close the doors and curtain, sleep in the fold out couch and wait until the sun is high and hot before waking up!
The balcony is just big enough for a lounger and a small breakfast table with two chairs. We like to have breakfast or a coffee here to begin the day, but you can sunbathe here until the sun crosses over the building at about 1 PM.
From the Living Room is an entrance that goes to a small space shared by one other unit. From here a stairway goes down to the patio.
The patio has several tables and chairs which are used by your unit, the other 2nd floor unit and the ground floor unit. Most of the time the tables are empty because there is just too much to do for sitting around.
We tend to put our SCUBA tanks, wetsuits and bikes in this area. Nobody ever bothers them. Every morning we go SCUBA diving right from the patio, into the surf. There is a wonderful reef just 75 yards off the beach and, since it's only 10-15 ft. deep, we often solo dive here. Also great for snorkeling. A longer swim (with a buddy) out 150 yards, is a 30-40ft reef. Plenty of fish to see at both reefs.
Want to barbecue instead of using the kitchen. There's a free, gas-fed BBQ and picnic table for your use - hardly ever used.
If you prefer pools, there's a medium size one, just to the right of your patio steps. Across the street, where you parked your car, the other half of the complex features a gazebow, grills, a hot tub and a larger pool for lap swimming.

We own two weeks in this Timeshare Condominium, and we now almost never use the 51st week, so we Air B&B it. Therefore, you won't see us unless you hang around on the checkout day when we are checking in!
However, the staff are exactly as attentive as you need them. If you "Vant to be Alone" they will simply leave the keys for you and that's that. Inclusive maid service is twice a week, or if you book by day, we will charge you an extra fee for daily service - it's in the per-day rate.
If you want more service, just ask. The staff can provide tour pamphlets, blenders, novels, advice and chatting. Very friendly and experienced with daily and weekly guests.
The unit is equipped with cable and wife - free. We put the laptops on the kitchen counter and use them from the living room side high chairs. But hey, with the surf calling you from behind, can you resist turning and, once turning, resist the urge to leave the keyboard alone and go swimming?
We have listed specific prices for each day of the week for which we are renting. We will provide a discount for anyone who wants to book the entire week.
Strictly no pets allowed.
