I enjoy having guests and meeting new people. I do a check-in, meeting guests and orienting them to the property, when possible. If needed I can provide guidance on local events, sights, restaurants, etc. Generally speaking I am not touring or transporting unless it happens to work out that way. Overall I just love people and am very friendly - but will leave you be if that is your preference.
As a yoga teacher my job is to keep others safe and you will be and feel respected and safe staying here. I have a very clear boundaries.
Located in Bellevue, seconds from the Redmond city border and 13 miles to Seattle, the neighborhood is comprised of single-family homes. Large Evergreens dominate the landscape. People walking - with each other, their pets, their children. House is on a quiet corner lot five blocks from the main road. Close on foot, by bus, or by car to Microsoft - you can crawl to the main campus. Close enough to be "city" but with a woodsy feel. Four minutes walk to bus, ten to Trader Joe's.
Within four minutes walk to Metro (#226 to Bellevue College and Bellevue Transit Center, #249 Overlake, Bellevue, Lake Sammamish). Less than 10 minutes walk to the RapidRide B Line bus stop. Half mile walk to main MS campus. 1.3 miles to SR-520, 4.5 miles to I-90, 4.3 miles to Wholefoods Market.
This is a no smoking/drugs/drinking property. Additionally I don't own any televisions nor do I have a microwave. It's a quiet space with gentle vibes, actions, and sounds. Should I watch a movie on the computer I use headphones and hope you will too.
You won't hear slamming doors, clanging pots/pans, or loud anything other than the blender and the rain. I'm a considerate person and value that in guests.
I avoid toxic chemicals here including ammonia, bleach or other commercial cleaning products. Additionally my guests refrain from using cologne/perfume, hairspray or other stinky stuff. Shoes are removed at the door (indoor slippers that have not been outside are fine) and the space feels best when it's tidy, so I keep it that way and appreciate your help.
It's pretty chill here for an adult person who understands considering others.
• Quiet hours 10pm - 7am
• avoid smoke, drink, and drugs
• no drama, door slammers, early/late (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)/telephone calling, or random panic attacks.
• no pets or children

I'm a single chap living in a great neighborhood where neighbors know each other, in the suburb of Bellevue, WA. Blocks from the Redmond city line and Microsoft, I am 15 mi. outside of Seattle.
I run a small company specializing in yoga training for athletes and executives. This makes me a Yoga Teacher and my living and life follow a yogic path. I don't drink, use drugs, or smoke anything other than salmon:-) I strive to live mindfully and with consideration for others.
I'm quite pragmatic and tidy. You'll find me easy to deal with, clear and concise to communicate with, and full of follow through. While I primarily eat a pescatarian diet, I do appreciate the vegan and vegetarian options when available and I don't often prepare meat in the house - but you may.
I enjoy classical and jazz music playing softly in the living room and occasionally dabble playing the guitar (acoustic). I am both a former tech professional and former basketball coach, two very interesting careers, both of which I am recovering from:-)
I don't own a television and this frees up a lot of time for other things. I enjoy travel but I'm focused on building a business and so any travel at this point is business related.
I enjoy people who are quiet (not hermits), considerate, and who keep reasonable hours.
