Appartement très agréable et confortable. A proximité d'une station de métro. Idéal comme QG pour partir à la découverte de Londres. Riccardo est très serviable, et saura vous apporter toute l'aide nécessaire pour faire de votre séjour une réussite.

C'est un appartement très agréable et très bien placé. Deux salles d'eau. Une cuisine complète. Un appartement parfait pour deux voire pour trois. La station de métro est littéralement à 1 minute et le magasin Waitrose qui ferme à 22H est juste en dessous, à une petite centaine de mètres une autre grande surface qui ferme à 00H. Je conseille vivement cet appartement de plus le propriétaire est sympathique et serviable. Rien à redire.

Échanges très agréable avec Riccardo Rosati en préparation du séjour et Riccardo était très accommodant pour faciliter les horaires d'arrivé et de depart. L'appartement bénéficie de tous les équipements nécessaire et il est très bien situé. Je le recommande sans réserve.

Best flat, best location! Everything was really perfect. Flat very clean Just above a supermarket, fews steps from the tube station Riccardo is so nice and easy to reach. I will definetely come back!

This is a comfortable and convenient place to stay, located directly over a large Waitrose supermarket and only a few steps away from the Finchley Road tube (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines, 15 minutes to central London). Also there is a regular bus service to the centre from the other side of the street, returning to right outside the door. The flat is well equipped and well furnished, with plenty of space for a relaxing stay. It was warm with plenty of hot water. Others have mentioned the low bed frame and at about 12 inches, 30 cm, off the floor it could be difficult for some. Security is good, as access is through a locked street door with a porter on duty during the day. We would definitely stay again. It's a great area with shops, a cinema and a variety of restaurants on the doorstep. Riccardo's friendly and efficient approach was much appreciated.

The flat is across the tube station, and near many shops (Waitrose is downstairs and O2 centre within 2 min walk) and restaurants. It is nicely decorated and feels like a real home. We found the bed a bit hard, but that may be a personal preference. I recommend this place.

Riccardo is very responsive and he did a great job making sure that we knew what we were doing before we arrived (best way to get there from Heathrow, how to get in, etc). Riccardo goes above and beyond to make sure you're set before and immediately after you arrive. The location is great. The Finchley Underground Station is across the street, there's a black cab stand on the corner, and the Waitrose grocery store is on the first floor, next to the entrance of the flat/building. So your transport and grocery/supply needs couldn't be better served by this location. The flat was very clean on our arrival. The bathrooms seem newly renovated and are quite nice. Finchley Road traffic noise may be an issue for some people, so if you're concerned, bring ear plugs and a small fan for the bedroom. Since the flat is long and spread out, we could open the windows in the kitchen and keep them closed in the bedroom for some air circulation with minimal noise. The bed is low to the ground, so FYI to folks who may have a problem getting up from the ground-level. The mattress is also a bit firm. I didn't have a problem, but my wife had some back/hip pains after sleeping there for a few days. Note for travelers from the US who may be unfamiliar: The laundry is a washer/dryer in one, the cycles take several hours, and you need to use much less detergent. Also, the switches for the bathroom fans are on the outside of the bathroom, near the top of the door jamb, which can be easily overlooked (we didn't know until some local friends clued us in days later). Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this flat.
