Our goal is to make you feel like you're staying at a friend's house! Our home has four bedrooms including a downstairs master with en suite, 2.5 baths, two living rooms, full eat in kitchen, private backyard. Less than ten minutes from downtown, Vanderbilt, midtown, 12 south. Great for big groups and families. We host a lot of bachelor(ette) parties we just ask that you respect our home and neighbors! Please note we can accommodate 8-9 in beds the rest will be on couches and air mattresses
No smoking (cigarettes or anything else...) indoors or too close to windows. This one seems obvious, but we've had issues. If we smell smoke in the house we will request your security deposit. No loud parties after 11 pm (city ordinance). Please be respectful of the space and our belongings and treat our home as your own. Please do not use confetti or glitter in the house - we had one birthday party use it and we have found remnants of it every day since! No tape or tacks in the wall - it takes off the paint! You will be charged for paint damage. You are welcome to bring your dog there is a $25 fee for pets. We do not accept any guests to book under the age of 21, you must tell us if anyone in your party is under 21. If there are guests under 21, there is absolutely no alcohol permitted in our home and we are not responsible for those guests. Bachelor(ette) parties - we love you! Our neighbors sometimes don't - if you party in our front yard, on the street, or have any inappropriate decor in our front yard you WILL be asked to leave without a refund.

We are newlywed airbnb hosts and travelers who love meeting new people from all over the world!
I am from just outside of Boston, MA and have been in Nashville since 2011 after moving here to attend graduate school at Vanderbilt. I love this city and having guests visit! My husband, Justin, went to UNC Chapel Hill for undergrad and Vanderbilt for his MBA. He's been in Nashville since 2010 and loves all things North Carolina related!
We have been hosts since 2014. We've met so many great people through airbnb, it's been fun! We've had guests all the way from Canada, England, Beirut, and Australia! This started as something we did on the side to save for our wedding and honeymoon and has become more of a full time hobby.
