Fresh white interiors are complemented by the modern statement kitchen which features marble-look stone countertops & black accents throughout.

Easy flow to the private north-facing deck cleverly connects the indoor and outdoor living spaces, with an outdoor setting to enjoy all day sunshine. Glass balustrades overlook the fenced courtyard below.

This genuine ‘walk everywhere position’ allows you to leave the car in the single lock-up garage and explore the township on foot. Tucked away in a lane, you will enjoy daily walks to the beach, great coffee, meals and shopping, or a quick dash to the supermarket for supplies... With everything on your doorstep, this makes the ideal 3-bedroom apartment for relaxed coastal living and convenience.

Zoned to provide privacy to sleeping quarters, the master and main living is upstairs (plus convenient powder room), and minor bedrooms downstairs. The staircase and upper floor are defined by stunning natural and industrial materials and a fresh, neutral colour palette. Chill out on the comfy lounge with a good book, watch movies to your heart’s content, or head out to explore... this is a great base for your time on the Surf Coast.

A beautiful concrete dining table seats 6, central to the well-equipped kitchen that is complete with quality Smeg appliances (induction cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher). Crockery, cutlery, cookware, tea, coffee & some pantry essentials are supplied.

Climate control is ideal for all seasons, with double-glazed windows, split system heating/cooling to the living room and separate SSAC’s to all 3 bedrooms, ensuring year-round comfort.

All 3 bedrooms are beautifully appointed with luxury hotel quality sheets and towels. We have done all we can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. The Master bedroom is located upstairs, with a Queen size bed, his n’ her’s built-in robes and a luxurious ensuite bathroom (large shower, stone vanity and toilet).

The family bathroom downstairs has a large shower, vanity and toilet, plus heated towel rails. It services two more spacious Queen bedrooms with built-in robes. One has sliding door access to a shaded courtyard for outdoor entertaining. It has synthetic turf, concrete base, landscaped garden and the option to park a second car undercover.

A single lock up garage with slimline auto garage door combines convenient laundry facilities (washing machine).

This townhouse is located in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.
- Located approximately 750 metres to the gorgeous Cosy Corner Beach
- 1 minute stroll to cafes, supermarket, bar's, restaurants, boutique stores
- A 5 minute stroll to the surf shops.
- Or take a short 10 minute drive to the famous Bells Beach.

Treat yourself to a bought coffee in the lovely organic café in the same square as Coles, just a couple of minutes walk away.

If you would like to go out for brunch, lunch, dinner, tapas or a few drinks, there are great cafes and wine bars in abundance all within a few minutes walk. Many places have ‘Happy Hour’. Gilbert Street and its surrounds is a great little area to explore as well as Bell St.

There are numerous little boutiques, and anything you could want in clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.

If you go to the western end of Boston Rd you will find Surf City Plaza, home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver and Rip Curl (both of which originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.
You will find everything you need for a fabulous holiday all within a short walk.

Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc.

As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar.
