I am 60 with a 20 year old daughter in college and a small puppy named Gizmo. I'm from Los Angeles and moved to Youngstown In March of 2020. I worked in upscale homes for many years and so I know how to decorate a home and how to do repairs.
I've been renovating this home and I am constantly doing small updates to each room. All the major things are done now. But there are still areas that need my attention. The house has a new water softening system, new bathrooms and a new kitchen as of 2020. The house has steam heat for the winters and window A/C's for the summers. All the beds and bedding were new as of 2020 and every room has its' own television with several channels.
I cater to mainly long term staying guests which is partly why my prices are so low. Currently, my main guests are medical students, nurses, and people who are working long term temp jobs in Lordstown. There is plenty of off street parking also, so no need to worry about where to put your car.
There is 2 acres here with a Tennis Court. However, the court needs work and won't be usable anytime soon. The neighborhood is safe with mainly retired residents and families here. You can walk across the street to Mill Creek Park where there are waterfalls within earshot of my house.
This is a Non Smoking household where cats and dogs are welcome, as long as they are not vicious, are potty trained, and don't shed excessively. So if you have allergies, please don't book here. I am retired and I'm always working on the house. So if you need something, you can just ask. I look forward to meeting new people and sharing my home.
My motto is: For some life is a journey. For me it is 72,000 individual trips.
