Lovely & Cosy well equipped double bedroom in a beautiful & well-kept house , in a quiet residential area.

Close to Leeds city center(Less than 15mins driving , 25mins on the bus, 35 minute stroll along the canal by foot).

Bus stop is about 2mins walk from the house, with a bus every 15mins from 6am to 11pm.
