This is a very clean and large 1050 sq. ft. (100 sq. meter) open apartment. The master bathroom is huge (like all my units). All my units are above the Double Tree Hilton, and it's truly a great place to stay that I hope you'll enjoy.

Guests will have the best location, within minutes from anywhere, by walking, public transportation, bike, or car
13% RESORT TAXES ARE INCLUDED. IT'S THE STATE LAW. THE PRICE INCLUDES YOUR TAXES. If you need parking, there is garage kept secured self park or valet available. This can be arranged on site. Self park requires registration, it's $75 for your entire stay, and the valet is the Hotel Price and may vary.

We have an on site office and are there to serve 7 days a week. There is also concierge service 24/7 and much more including rental offices, restaurants, Doctor's office, Pharmacy, Liquor store, etc.

Le quartier

This building is only a few miles from MIA airport and on the bay. Long before you arrive, you'll get a welcome from us. We have office in the same building and there are 24 hour concierge and doormen. There is plenty of public transportation as well, but we recommend taxi, supper shuttle, or rental car. We have parking as well that is in doors and well secured. You'll love it here.

Spettacolare appartamento situato in una posizione fantastica a pochi passi dall'autostrada per Miami Beach (5min) e a 5 minuti da Brickell. L'appartamento è grandissimo e ci si vive davvero bene! La piscina è bellissima .Nel condominio di può mangiare e fare shopping!lo consiglio a tutti . Ottima rapporto qualità-prezzo! Ci ritornerei senz'altro!

The apartment is just as described and very good to stay in for short or long periods of time (I've used it for both). The Grand is perfect for convenience with all needs covered by the shops below and concierge. Pool is great, area is ideal for business or vacation and the landlords will ensure all goes smooth they're very professional. 10 out of 10!
