Located seven miles from Nottingham town centre this semi-detached house is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with great tram, bus and road access to Nottingham and the A1/M1.

You will enjoy the whole house, with a well kept, private south facing garden, fully equipped kitchen, and 200mb WiFi, fresh linen, towels and toiletries provided.

The whole house will be yours with no other guests and is perfect for those with a young family!! It is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and the back garden is fully fenced and gated.

All my personal items, such as clothes, photos etc are removed, leaving you with saucepans, crockery and furniture etc. The house is deep cleaned prior to each guest arrival and you will have fresh bedding, linen and towels.

The house has a Nest thermostat central heating, providing maximum comfort and a combi-boiler for unlimited hot water on demand.

I also have three halogen lights in the garden which give instant heat to take the chill off, which is really nice in the summer months. Also the smoker/BBQ is out and ready for use.

There is 200mb high speed wireless internet throughout the house.

Washing up liquid, laundry detergent and softener, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are included and available.

A £20 Cleaning Fee is applied to each booking to ensure maximum comfort for each guest.

You will have full access to my private three car drive; the whole house including fenced and gated garden.

I will not be there during your stay but will respond to any enquiries the same day and usually within the hour.

You can come and go as you please and check in and out times are super flexible.

You will be using my home while I am away, the key will be left in a secure lock box with a combination code.
Prior to your arrival you will be given the WiFi password, combination lock code and also the address. Please refer to online maps for Tram, Bus and Train information should you need them.
I am always available if you message me.
A neighbour will be able to help you should you need personal assistance during your stay.

The house is located on cul-de-sac which is very quiet, safe, residential and very family friendly.
There is a Co-op, Pizza Hut, Chinese, Indian, and chippie at the top of the road (5 min walk)
Aldi/Iceland/Tesco Superstore/Argos/Home Bargains outlet within 10 minutes by foot.
Hucknall town centre is a 5 min drive and has a good selection of restaurants and bars.
Please refer to my Guidebook/Map for lots of great things to do during your stay detailing local walks, sightseeing and tourist attractions. There are some leaflets in the house.

The Tram is a ten minute walk and will take you into Nottingham in around 20 minutes.
Nottingham is a 15-30 minute drive depending on traffic.
There is an express train to Nottingham which takes around 15 minutes and is a five minute drive to the park and ride at Hucknall Station.
We are on a great bus route with the nearest stop less than 10 minutes away; this bus will get you into the centre in about 30 minutes during rush hour as they use the priority bus lanes.
London St Pancras is just 1hr 45min by train from Nottingham Station, and if you book in advance you can get a round trip ticket for around £30, which beats driving.
East Midlands Airport (EMA) is a 25 minute drive.
Birmingham Airport (BHX) is approx 1hr 15 minute drive.

For those wishing to stay longer, the rate displayed is discounted from the nightly rate and all bills are included. You will get get HD cable TV, BT Sports and high speed Virgin Internet up to 100mbps.

There is an ashtray in the garden and those halogen lights to keep you warm.
Please try and leave the house as you find it e.g. wash dirty dishes, put things back where you found them.
Pets are allowed and there are plenty of great walks nearby; please refer to my Guidebook (the map at the bottom of my listing).
Please lock the door as you leave and put key back in key safe.

I was born in Coventry, England and currently divide my time between my home in both Nottingham, England and Portland, Oregon where I live with my wife and that cute son of mine (pictured).

The concept of Airbnb is brilliant, I have a spare house which I am rarely occupying so why not rent it out?

I like being a tourist but I love to experience a place 'locally' and Airbnb allows this to happen.

Following my successful experiences travelling using Airbnb I have decided to list my house for the times I am away.

My house is located in Hucknall, which is seven miles north of Nottingham. Hucknall is a small town giving great access to Nottingham and the beautiful Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire countryside. M1 J26/J27 are each a ten minute drive.

I remove my personal items, and my guests have full access to the whole fully furnished house. There's everything you will need; the house will be professionally cleaned before you arrive and your beds will be made ready for your stay.
