À propos de ce logement

Hi! I'm subletting my 1 bedroom apartment in Pantin. One living-room, bedroom with comfy bed, separate kitchen well-equiped, bathroom with big shower and separate toilets. It's located in a lively neighbourhood (quiet street), 7 min from the subway.

Description

Le logement

Quite big for That price! I usually work a lot from home, so I'm trying to make this space as cosy as possible.

Fast wifi

Please feel free to use the kitchen and the washing machine.

Pantin is a nice city, very lively. People tend to move here a lot these days because rent is so expensive in Paris. You'll be quite surprise when you arrive by the subway, there's a lot of people and noise. If you're from a big city I'm sure you'll not even notice it, if you're not, you'll get use to it. Don't worry it's safe here :)

As I said, you'll find a big and cheap market on Fridays and Sundays. Very cheap supermarkets as well. There's a lot of cheap food restaurants with some good ones (Indian, Morrocan...). Bakery 2 minutes away for fresh bread.

Anyway, if you're excepting the Paris of your dream this is not where you'll find it, but if you wanna have a local, sometimes fun experience in a popular neighbourhood, this is your destination.

Hi! I'm Daphné, I've been living in Paris for 7 years. I'm now studying Aesthetics and Art History, second year of master's degree. I now live in Pantin, which is a very nice city full of surprises, one métro stop from Paris. You'll find a nice and very cheap market on Fridays and Sundays. But I'll write you a nice list of things to do there. You're 10 minutes by walk from the Canal de l'Ourcq, and the Villette.

I'm not originally from Paris and I lived in several places in France, so if you're travelling around I can give you good tips. I also lived for one year in New York City and another in Beirut.

I have really good restaurant and bar tips. If you're in a party mood I can also give you recommendations of where to dance in Paris. I also know a lot of art spaces, non-profit... Anyways you can pretty much ask me everything and I'll try my best to answer you.

Welcome in Pantin
