First and very import thing is nobody can check in for the person who makes the booking. At least one person need to show his/her ID card (passport,driving licence or resident card) when check in.

1.No party please and no more than 4 people allowed to stay, if found violation you have to leave asap.
2. No music after 10 pm.
3. Please make sure you have a mobile number I can contact on the day you check in. Please contact me either by airbnb or my mobile number.
4. This place is not in Center London, it's close to Zone 2 (but not Zone 2). If you are buying a travel card you just need to buy zone1-2 cause the bus can get you to Willsden Green without having to buy a zone 5. card. But if you are travel from Harlesden which is in Zone 3 you need a zone1-3 card.

Only people who booked can check in, other gursts can't check in by her/himself.
Please bring your ID when you check in.
2.Keep the flat clean is very important. Bring your own indoor shoes and if not you can use the spare ones.
3.Don't throw anything into the toilet except toilet paper.
4. People check in need to show any of the following things: employed, registered in a Univerisity or other evidence that you will show some responsibility. (I'm sorry for this but my property has been robbed by 4 guys using a fake ID to book)

Any violation of the house rule will result in cancellation of the booking.

I want 100% customer satisfaction, if you are not happy with anything when you check in plus having solid reasons, we will try our best to refund your cost.

Sean was welcoming on arrival, showing us around the flat and gave us information to get to Wembley Stadium. He went the extra mile by providing us bottled water and snacks and was flexible with our check out time. The flat was clean with great amenities. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

3 of stayed to use as a base for the football at Wembley. As a base for the football it served us well. Location is great and views of Wembley stadium from the back bedroom. We used a taxi to get to the match, but was quicker to walk back because of traffic. A good 25mins but pleasant walk. The flat itself is very spacious with a modern feel. It was our first time using Airbnb, so nothing to compare against. The Host is highly recommended, great communication and accommodated us with an early check in, which we needed.

Sean’s flat is spacious and was very clean, we used it as a base to go to a 60th birthday party near by. He supplied drinks, fruit and snacks which was really nice. Sean was very helpful and patient as I had car trouble and had to have my car towed back home. As I had my parents with me, one in the in their mid 70s and the other in his 80s he extended checkout until the tow truck arrived. Which was really appreciated because it was hot outside and we would have had to wait for 30 minutes on the pavement.

Sean was a very considerate host, who communicated really well, answering promptly to all our requests and questions. His flat was beautifully clean and comfortable. He greeted us with fruit and snacks - very generous and welcoming. We would definitely return. Many thanks

Seans penthouse is spacious, clean and modern. Level access with a lift to the apartment which is fully furnished with all modern amenities. We used it as a base for a Wembley gig - which was easy to get to. We didn't use public transport but there are bus stops close by to get close to the stadium, taxi took 10 - 15 mins and a walk back took us 30-40mins.

A really nice and well stocked apartment. We loved sitting out on the balcony!

Really clean and lovely apartment. Great facilities, with nice balcony. Extra touches such as Sean leaving out some water, snacks and tea, coffee and milk were really nice. Would recommend to anyone...just bear in mind to leave enough time to get to stadium if that's purpose of your (URL HIDDEN) at least 40 min walk....
