Separate entrance, lower level walkout apartment with 1600 square feet of high-end finishes and privacy. It has two, distinct sleeping areas, one bedroom is separated from the main living area by a privacy screen so it is more like a sleeping alcove. Both sleeping areas have comfortable beds and closet space. The kitchen is brand new with stove, refrigerator, ice chest freezer, and microwave. Beautiful wet bar for entertaining, gas fireplace, spa-like bath with shower. Outside private patio.

Private entrance to lower level apartment . Stone walkway and steps lead you to the apartment which has three sliding glass doors, plus a separate entrance door .The apartment has a private patio which overlooks the woodland with seating for 4+. Registered guests have off street parking for one car. Charcoal grill and dining table and chairs are available upon request.

Although the space is technically two bedrooms, the one sleeping area is directly off of the main common areas, is separated by a privacy curtain and not a door. The walkway and steps leading down to the apartment are around the back of the house and are stone and somewhat uneven.
