La Albufereta neighbourhood

Placed between the bigger, better-known suburbs of San Juan beach and Alicante marina, La Albufereta is a quiet and relaxed neighbourhood with stunning views, sandy beaches and family atmosphere restaurants that tends to have a village and a community feel.

It’s a great spot for families, or anyone wanting a peaceful retreat just minutes from the centre. There is a waterfront promenade between La Albufereta and Alicante marina and also it is easily accessible with plenty of buses and a tram to the city centre or to San Juan beach and Golf course areas.

A perfect choice for children`s, elderly, families and non driver tenants.

Transports

There is a train 10 minutes walking to the apartment that takes you to near cities like Benidorm, the funniest and most cosmopolitan city of Costa Blanca ( just 35 minutes away) where is placed the exciting Terra Mitica theme park, the superb water park Aqualandia and Mundomar (the sea life centre), or Altea city, a bohemian white village (just 40 minutes drive or by train).

Collecting keys at our office: 08:00-20:00 / Mon-Fri.

Out of office hours, you will be able to use the combination key box/locker and pick up your keys by yourself from the Key Safe attached to our office wall with the code we will provide you.

Extra services your would order (p.e. transfers from airport) are not included in the price of the stay by this website so, upon the booking is confirmed the payment of them should be paid by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card from our website.

Please, be responsible with the air conditioning/heat and water consumption. Rental includes up to 100kwh per week. Electricity consumption exceeding 100kwh per week will be charged at EUR 0.20 per kwh and deducted charged from your deposit.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: of 300 euros is managed by this website.

For 1 month stays or longer the security deposit is 800 Euros and electricity, gas and water consumption are not included and should be paid apart.

Groups of young people are not welcome in some properties. Please keep us informed before make the first payment if your group members are under age 25.

We request you to complete the tenants details in our booking form and send it back to us by email 4 weeks prior your arrival. Thanks in advance :)

For stays shorter than 6 nights, please, ask us the price listing.

Check in after 15:00. Check out by 11:00. This schedule can be flexible depending on the prior/next bookings. Ask us, we'll be happy to confirm :)
