I will Gladly help you get checked in and settled with how to operate the Jacuzzi etc.. Comfort with the Alarm System. Due to the Vintage delicacy of this home I choose to meet my guests at check-in to orientate for comfort.

There will be a 11.5% Palm Springs TOT tax, mandatory by the City of Palm Springs, which is Transient Occupancy Tax. An optional $75.00 per day to heat the Pool/Jacuzzi and use of the fire pit by request in colder months. All to be collected separate from Airbnb charges through my (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) account.
Additional guest fee of $49.00 per person per night after 6 guests. There will be a $500.00 fine per extra guest, per night for anyone on the property not listed during the reservation. There will also be a $500.00 flat fee fine, if any of the Extra Linens or Pillows in the Linen Closet are used. They are for Future Guests ONLY, or the charge will be applied from the Security Deposit.
All dishes and kitchen items must be cleaned and put away before checkout. Cleaning Guests dishes are Not Included in Cleaning Fee.
Barbecue is for Experienced Cooking ONLY! There will be an additional $100.00 Charged from the Security Deposit if the barbecue is not cleaned after usage. This includes any spillage on the concrete hardscape. Concrete is very porous, and won't come clean after the fact. Please no liquids or sauces on the grill.
Additional Fee of $50.00 per day for each pet, by Request Only.
Creative Commercial Use such as Photo Shoots, Advertising, Magazine Spread, will have an Additional Service Charge of $1000.00 Payable in Cash separate from Airbnb charges. All Fixtures Indoors and Outdoors must remain stationary and cannot be moved or altered without written permission.
Due to the water shortage, drought in Palm Springs please be mindful of the water usage.
Use of Washer/Dryer is available to reservations one week or longer.
City of Palm Springs now has a 3 Car Limit to the property at All Times on the street and driveway combined. Absolutely No Amplified Noise or Music Outside. If there is a complaint called in, it's an automatic $500.00 fine issued by an officer to the guest booked.
All Guests are required to read these details before check-in, and Sign Off that they've been read, during check-in.
I'm required to inform my guests that there are cameras around the perimeter of the house for security reasons. There are NO LIVE CAMERAS in the backyard and Pool area. They are simply decoy's. Cameras at the front door area and carport are live only. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any concerns. This is exactly why I ask all my guests to read my entire site prior to check-in.

To appreciate good neighbors, be mindful of late night hours. Palm Springs Noise Ordinance is very Strict. Any Citations from the City for Noise Disturbance, will be the Responsibility of the Renter.

Please do not move any furniture or items around, because of it's vintage fragility.
Events and parties are absolutely NOT PERMITTED. I know this sounds strict, but we have been taken advantage of in the past, and damage has occurred. Please observe additional guest fees. The Resolution Tool will be utilized to collect additional fees for any guests not booked. This is a strict policy. A $500 fine will be charged from the security deposit to the reservation per overnight guest, who were not booked. The house is to be enjoyed ONLY by those included in the reservation. NO VISITORS.
Children and Pets by Request ONLY. House trained small dogs only, at a daily rate of $50.00 collected at the time of booking. Be attentive at all times for children & pets. (Buzzers when doors are opened for Pool Safety.) SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY.
There will be a replacement charge for all items Stolen or Damage to the property. I aim to please, and wish that guests have a pleasant experience at this special resort home.
