Access to Century Mall
1. No smoking in the unit. allowed to smoke on the balcony. No extreme noise before 9:00am and after 9:00pm
2. Pls. turn off the air conditioners and the lights when leaving the unit. Electric bill in the Philippines is pretty high compared to other countries and we greatly appreciate the help of conserving energy and decrease cost.
3. We ask guests to not lose the access card as,it costs 3,000 pesos to replace it. In event of lost, we ask guest to cover the replacement cost of the access card
4. After booking, please email photo ID ( picture and full name will suffice) so we can give to PMO (property management office), in order to process a guest access card. PMO require owners to submit guest's photo ID at least 48 hours before arrival so to be processed on time. The access card will give guest access to pools and gym. If not provided within that time frame, concierge can provide temporary access card, but can only access the unit
Long term cancellation policy (long term defined as 28 days or over )
No Cancellation and No Refund for long term lease to avoid significant money loss from the host. Once booked for long term lease, we are committed to block those long days of booking and block it from others who would like to book those days.
For 3 months or more of stay, we require a one month deposit . We'll inspect the unit after check out and refund the full deposit after inspection, provided there's no damages caused by stay or the unit maintained its condition before stay.
