Pet Rules: Pets are NOT allowed on furniture +/or textiles, including sofa, chairs, bed, rugs, blankets, bedding, +/or towels at any time / Do NOT wash/dry items with pet fur on them in the washer/dryer / Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste + disposing of it in the appropriate outdoor location / Pet waste is NOT permitted in indoor trash bins / Guests shall NOT leave pets unattended for any undue length of time, inside or outside / Guests must prevent pets from producing excessive noise +/or disturbing neighbors / All pets must be up-to-date on required vaccinations + heartworm prevention is highly recommended / All pets must be leashed at all times as required by the City of Salida / Failure to comply with Pet Rules +/or damage caused by pets may result in forfeiture of any deposit +/or additional charges / The safety + well being of pets at all times during the stay are the sole responsibility of Guests / Host, Scott Mountain Rentals, +/or Property Owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the Property or for damage or injury caused by pets

Parking: On-street parking is available along L Street in front of the house/fence / Parking under the tree is at Guest’s own risk! / The tree may lose branches +/or leak sap

Gear + Outdoor Equipment: Gear + outdoor equipment, including but not limited to bikes, skis, + kayaks, is permitted in the entryway of the Property ONLY / Guests shall use care when storing gear + outdoor equipment in then entryway + ensure that tile, walls + ceiling, are not damaged / Guests shall refrain from leaning gear + outdoor equipment against entryway windows / Evidence of gear + outdoor equipment in unapproved locations +/or damage to the entryway may result in forfeiture of any deposit +/or additional charges

Occupancy: The Property is designed to sleep up to 4 Guests comfortably / Additional unapproved Guests may result in forfeiture of any deposit +/or additional charges

Use of Property: The Property shall be utilized for residential purposes only / The Property shall NOT be used for commercial activity or illegal acts nor shall it be assigned or sublet / Unauthorized use of the property may result in forfeiture of any deposit +/or additional charges / Guests shall respect property lines + quiet enjoyment of neighbors + comply with all local, state, + federal laws at all times during their stay / Any booking obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of any deposit +/or additional charges, + Guests will NOT be permitted to Check-In

Lacey was an excellent host. She communicated well and made sure we were comfortable. The Roost was perfect for me, husband, and our two dogs. Very comfortable, clean, and centrally located. We were here over a week and it was perfect for our stay!

This is place is a real gem. It's super clean, spacious, charming, modern kitchen appliances, big yard for the dog, and walking distance to grocery store, cafes and the river front. Also we really liked the coffee with all condiments provided! It's a cozy place that one may never want to leave. I already miss the roost. Thanks Lacey!

As a first time experience with Airbnb and the Roost; everything was seamless, and as expected! We absolutely loved our stay at the Roost, Lacey was helpful with preliminary questions, and the house was adequately represented, lots of natural light, and supplied for all needs. It was a home away from home. Will definitely come back. Thank you Lacey!!

The place was exactly as described. Cute, bright, clean, & comfortable. Super close to town and trails. We had our dog with us and the backyard was nice and big with good chairs to hang out in.

The Roost is a lovely place to stay... Very clean and comfortable. It's walking distance from downtown and close to all of Salida's best restaurants, gallery's and stores. We had a great time staying at the Roost and will come again!

The Roost is great! We stayed there for a weekend. Easy walk a few blocks over to the historic downtown. Lacey nailed it with decorations and stocking everything you'll need. Very clean, quiet at night. We would highly recommend this place.
