The Old Mill is a beautiful 17th century stone former watermill set in lovely gardens on an organic smallholding with a stream, woods and meadows 9 miles from Aberystwyth and the beautiful Ceredigion coast.
The property has two double bedrooms, one of which can be turned into a twin if preferred, and a large open plan living area complete with large wood-burner and fully equipped kitchen.
The Old Mill is an upside-down house with bedrooms on the ground floor.
There is a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating and a large, Victorian roll-top bath as well as a huge walk-in shower.
Upstairs are comfortable sofas and chairs, TV and DVD player with a large selection of films.
You have your own balcony with views of the garden, bridge and stream where it's great to sit in the morning watching the wildlife with a coffee.
Accès des voyageurs
Guests have access to the entire property, the owners cottage is located next door with shared access to the large 3 acres of garden and surrounding fields and meadows.

I am usually here to welcome guests and always available for any queries!
The Old Mill is located on a rural smallholding which features a stream running through the gardens and various chickens, ducks and wandering cats!
There is no mobile phone signal down here but guests are welcome to use my landline if needed. Internet is fine for emails/browsing but not fast enough for streaming.
Property is accessed via a track off the main road.
Small children will need to be supervised because of the stream and balcony.
- No smoking inside please, and due to the animals no dogs either I'm afraid!
- The property has a balcony and access to a stream so young children need to be supervised.

I have lived in West Wales for nearly 30 years so if you're looking for any tips on places to go or things to see I'd be more than happy to help!
I've done my fair share of traveling - South America, large parts of Asia and Europe etc, so I like to think I know what people are looking for when coming to book somewhere to stay.
I look forward to welcoming you to Wales, I hope you have a lovely stay!
