1. The arrival time on the arrival day is earliest at 4p.m.
2. On the day of departure the property manager will do the final inspection. The check-out time
is at least 11a.m.
3. Before departure please be sure to do the following:
- Take out all trash to the dumpster.
- Empty the refrigerator.
- Sweep the floors.
- Wash all dishes
- Lock all doors and close the windows.
- Leave the key inside the lockbox.
4. Faults that are found before or during the rental period are to be reported to the advertiser
immediately (that is within 24 hours). Later reported faults are not accepted.
5. The advertiser disclaims any liability for damage to persons or goods. This especially applies
for the using of the garden, the BBQ grill, the pool area, the pool, the spa and the boat deck (if
6. Only registered persons have the right to inhabit the house. If in the rental property undeclared people are housed, the result is the immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund claim.
