Guests have private access through the historic front door of the home. Front furnished seating porch with rockers and porch swing, gardens (entry, tropical, secret, and potager [edible Kitchen garden]) , the adjoining Library and Richland Park with full Playground, tennis, volleyball, baseball, picnic shelter, gardens, and historic marker. Basketball goal in driveway. Balls and racquets may be checked out as available upon request from owner. You control the heat and air for your suite. Owner’s live separately in back of first floor level.

This is booked as a private suite. Friendly owners. However, you may have as much or as little interaction as you wish. We have created a self sufficient set up, and prepared an extensive guidebook of local restaurants, amenities, clubs, and points of interest. Willing to communicate through text, email, calls, or in person as to your preference. Key may be left in realty box for you to pick up/drop off at your convenience. We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, and show you what Tennessee hospitality is all about.
