This is a beautiful chalet in Port d’Alcúdia with capacity for 6 people. It offers the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience!

This one storey house has 125 m2 and 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds. We can provide you with fans for the summer. The house has a full bathroom.

The living room has three sofas where you can rest, watch satellite TV or read a good book. The dining area has a table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, gas stove and oven, juice maker, fridge and a lot more. Of course there are also washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There is a furnished porch where you can have breakfast or a BBQ! The pool is 55 m2 and it is fenced for children’s security. Surrounding the pool you will be able to sunbathe. Your pet will be welcome!

The house is located in a residential area, 800 meters from the sea. By the house there is a playground and paths for strolls. The location is perfect because everything you might need is very close: shops, the sand beach or bus stop. The frequency of the bus is every 15 minutes towards Can Picafort, Puerto de Pollença and other directions.

NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

The house and its facilities are totally private. We’ll leave bed linen and bath towels for you (beach towels are not available).

In Puerto de Alcudia you will find lots of restaurants with any kind of food, clothes shops, souvenirs shops and supermarkets. The biggest one is located on the road towards Alcúdia, near a patrol station.

From Puerto de Alcúdia it’s very easy to drive to other beaches that are worth to discover as Playas de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall. In Alcudia you will find lovely bars to stop for a drink. There is a local market in Alcudia on Thursdays and Sundays and the centre of town becomes crowded and lively.

Don’t forget to visit the Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheatre. This apartment is ideal if you are looking for a holiday near the beach in one of the most visited areas of Mallorca!

Ein schönes Haus mit einem wunderbaren grossen Pool an Super-Lage. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit! Die Ausstattung der Küche als grossartig zu bezeichnen ist etwas hoch gegriffen. Trotzdem würden wir wieder kommen. Danke!

Fantastisk stor og god swimmingpool. Huset større end billederne viser. Desværre virker kloaksystemet fra toilettet ikke godt nok. I løbet af natten hvor der ikke skylles regelmæssigt ud, opstår der en strid stank i huset. Vi klagede over dette tre gange til ejeren, som fortsatte med at ignorere problemet. Og så har naboen tre hunde, som aldrig kommer ud af haven, hvilket også betyder lugt ind i mellem.
