Amazing blend of old and new! Modern condo in a 1849 building! This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large modern kitchen and tons of original historic details contrasting with modern design touches.
The master bedroom has a King bed and en suite bathroom. The washer and dryer are also located in the master bathroom. A 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed (please review photos, this bedroom has a sliding door and no window on any wall) and the 2nd full bathroom is across the hallway making it convenient for anyone sleeping in the living room to use as well. Bathroom #2 is a full bath with a tiled shower.
The sleeper/convertible leather sofa makes a bed approximately the size of a Queen by pushing the ottoman into the L-corner of the sectional.
No smoking, no pets and no events/parties are allowed. The rates advertised here are for lodging purposes only. Any gathering with more than the max occupancy (6) must have written permission and an added fee and/or damage insurance or card authorized on file for damages.
This unit comes with a garage card for one vehicle in the City of Savannah Robinson Memorial Garage which is a one-block (0.10mi) walk from the building (garage entrance on Jefferson between State and York). This is a 1200 square foot condo in a secured building. The photos show the condo interior. The HOA common areas are the lobby & Hallways (this is a basic entry area, not glamorous by any means). This condo is a private residence and you will have the entire place to yourself. You will not be sharing anything in the unit. No shared bathrooms, kitchen, etc.

Before you book, you should know that I won't be spending time with you. That does not mean I don't think you are wonderful, and it sure does not mean I won't be thinking about you, planning for your arrival and wanting you to have a great stay. What it means is that I have 3 small kids and am a full time Realtor & vacation rental manager and I have no spare time. I used to live in this building and I own a unit (not this one, I manage this one for a friend) in the building so on the phone I can answer all your questions with ease. I will even enjoy talking to you about it! I used to go to the bars & restaurants around here every night. The area is fantastic, it is probably exactly what you want. What I am saying is do NOT choose this one if you will be sending poor feedback because I did not meet & greet you or hang out with you. I cannot stress that enough, after getting a few private messages from people who say they missed the host greeting them. It won't be like the airbnb ads where I am hanging out making a pot of tea for you waiting to hug you. But it will be awesome because you won't have to pick around my toothpaste and hair spray looking for the backup rolls of toilet paper.
On the other hand, I do want to know a bit about you. It's not like I don't want to chat. Before you book I need to know the purpose of your visit and how many people are in your group. After you book I will need to speak to you on the phone once prior to your arrival to give you the instructions for check in. That will be codes for keyless entry. Just call me at least one day before your arrival. Texting is OK too.
4th floor. Linens are provided. Bring your own beach towels in the summer (our towels may not be taken off site).
This location is in the busiest intersection of downtown Savannah's Historic District. While the condo provides a relative oasis above the chaos this is not the best place for someone who cannot handle a lot of commotion. There are movie sets blocking off the street sometimes, there is an H&M store being made a block away with giant cranes, there are people out in the street until 3am on weekends.
The wifi signal is password protected and is shared from another condo, this works fine for most people but please search online for Telfair Loft 310 if you need to be in the room with the modem for work.
The following is standard Savannah Luxury Rentals information: We provide sheets, toilet paper and soap. Our toilet paper is Scott brand because it decreases the chances of clogged toilet plumbing service calls and it lasts longer decreasing the chance you will run out. If you prefer thick cushioned toilet paper bring it along but use it sparingly in our older plumbing and never flush "flushable" wipes or other products that are likely to cause a clog.

No smoking, no pets and no loud parties. You are right above the night life of Savannah but you must respect the other residents & guests of the residential condo building. No gatherings of more than 6 people without written permission. Guest list must be provided and nobody who is not on the guest list may not spend the night in the condo. Do not give access codes to people outside of your party. No leaving trash in the hallways, lobby or entrance. Guests must follow the checkout procedure (wash dishes & take out all your trash to the dumpster in the alley behind the building). Keep unit and building doors secured at all times. Do not use the fire escape (which is historic and unsafe for use other than escaping fire) for recreation/smoking. No roof access is allowed. This unit is offered for lodging purposes only. If the purpose of your visit is for a bachelor party (or similar category of visit) you must obtain written permission in advance and we reserve the right to decline bookings that fall in that category at any time. Such permission, if granted, may come with an extra fee or deposit.
Please no arrivals or departures on holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas (Dec 25) or events such as the St Patrick's Day Parade (March 17) or Marathon. To book those dates you must pay/book to arrive the night before and/or leave the day after the holiday or event out of respect for our housekeeping staff.
