The building is in the middle of high-end residential houses and is an anomaly because of the commercial on the main floor. It backs onto a beautiful hillside that is a pleasant walk to Ctrain station. Bus stop is 3 blocks away with easy access to Downtown or U of C. A bike can be made available if desired. A large private patio provides an additional room in all seasons.The kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave, a hotplate and a convection oven, a vitamix and a fridge. A bbq is available for cooking. Access to a washer and drying is available on the bottom floor and is shared with the 3 other tenants in the building.

You will have access to my space. If you are staying that means I am leaving. I'm usually travelling for my art practice. The unit is on the second floor of a white Spanish swirl facade. A key will be provided for both the main entrance and the condo unit.
