Renovated bathroom and fully equipped kitchen brings the modern touch to this classic Art Deco apartment.

Natural light & oozing charm this is the perfect homely accommodation for you!

Located in St Kilda, this apartment offers the perfect balance of being minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarket, without being in the midst of the hustle bustle!

There is a tram stop 150 metres away at the end of the street or St Kilda junction is just around the corner.

There are two bedrooms each with Queen size bed with quality mattress and 1000 TC bed linen. Pedestal fans are in each of the rooms and a desk is located in the second bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge room that can sleep an extra two.

Both the kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated, bringing a modern touch to this classic space. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen inclusive of breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven with gas cook top and dishwasher awaits those who relish the opportunity to create in the kitchen.

The bathroom has a shower over bath with instant hot water system, and separate toilet. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also provided. Laundry facilities (Front loader washing machine and dryer) are also located in the bathroom.

The apartment has an open plan dining / lounge room with two couches, a LCD television and dvd player. The dining table seats six. Heating and an open gas fireplace are also located in this area.

There is a small shared balcony, or you can picnic on the large lawn at the front of the property.

For those with small children, toys, kids dvd's, porta cot and / or high chair may be available for use upon request.

Located within walking distance of the Grand Prix track and the Australian Open is a short tram ride away.

This is a home, there is television, dvd player dvd's, books and wifi available. I am pretty sure you will also be able to find a pack of cards!

I am happy to answer any questions you may have at any time. St Kilda is a lively and wonderful area, close to the beach, shopping and many many bars and restaurants. Not to mention the historic Luna Park and Palace theatre.

Eating fish and chips on the beach is unbeatable on a warm night.

The scenery is beautiful and there is always something happening in the neighbourhood.

There are many public transport options close by. It is a 5 minute walk to the 96 tram which runs from St Kilda to East Brunswick.

At the end of the street is the stop for the number 16 tram which runs from Kew to Melbourne University via St Kilda.

And finally, a 5 minute walk to St Kilda junction which has several tram lines through it.

Walking distance to the Australian Grand Prix track and a tram ride to the tennis or football. The CBD is about 15 minutes tram ride away.

There is no smoking inside the apartment or on the shared balcony, but there is an outside lawn that is available.

This apartment is located in a block of apartments, so please be considerate of my neighbours.

Long term guests (that is two weeks or longer) can enquire about a linen change service.

We can also talk about pets if required.

This is a home, there is a television, dvd player dvd's, books and wifi available. I am pretty sure you will also be able to find a pack of cards!

There is also a hair dryer, clean towels, sheets supplied for your comfort.

There is a huge lawn out the front of the building - you are most welcome to have a picnic or let the little ones run around here.
The apartment shares a balcony with my neighbour - I have set up a table and chairs here. Please no smoking but a lovely spot to sit, relax and have a drink.

I am available to make your stay and comfortable and as easy as possible. So please do not hesitate to contact me at any time for information or assistance.
Access to the property is via lockbox and I send the details through to you on the day of your check in.
Check in is preferred after 2pm - but please ask if you would will be arriving earlier, we can perhaps assist if you want to drop off your bags OR if there are no guests checking out on that day I am more than happy to check you in earlier.

St Kilda is a wonderful area, close to the beach, shopping and many many bars and restaurants. Not to mention the historic Luna Park and Palace theatre.

St Kilda has bustling Fitzroy and Acland streets which are famous for their restaurants, bars and cafes. Not to mention the fantastic shopping!

Eating fish and chips on the beach is unbeatable on a warm night.

Every Sunday there is a market on the Esplanade and there is always lots on at the beach. There is a farmers market at the end of the street each month as well.

Shuttle buses from the airport to St Kilda are available regularly. A taxi from the airport costs around $65.

The apartment does not have allocated parking but limited off street and street parking may be available. Be aware with street parking that you check the signs as permit zones and clearways are activated at certain times.

There is no smoking inside the apartment, or on the shared balcony. There is a lawn out the front or laneway out the back.

This apartment is located in a block, so please be considerate of my neighbours and limit noise after midnight.

This apartment is better suited to hosting an intimate dinner party rather than a loud house party.

This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic area. Please treat the apartment and my neighbours with respect - and of course no smoking in the apartment or on the balcony!

With respect to pets although we can and have accommodated pets - please discuss this with me before booking.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask, I endeavour to make your stay as seamless as possible.

Great location, clean and very comfortable during colder months. The only thing that could make it more comfortable would be air conditioning in the summer months. Great place and great accomodation. We'll certainly be back!

Kitchen and simple ammenities. Good size flat/apartment with 2 seperate bedrooms plus lounge room makes good use of the space. Plenty of room to move and in the heart of St Kilda. Great value for money. Parking isn't straight forward but Nikki has some ideas if that is and issue. Very good communication and responsiveness from Nikki (your host). I'd highly recommend this host and accomodation.
