There is a deluxe hot tub spa with lounger, LED lighting and waterfall feature. Sitting in this hot tub spa, with a glass of wine, on top of the mountain is the most unforgettable experience!
We have just added a 60" LG 4K Intelligent TV to the main living room area. Netflix and Satellite TV are provided on this TV. The room boasts a beautiful modern sectional that rests under a Serge Mouille 5 arm ceiling pendant. There is large Fur Restoration Bean bag chairs and modern lounge chairs as well that is sure to provide plenty of seating for everyone in this room. This room is the perfect gathering place to have a big fire, watch a movie, or play a game of cards or Monopoly with your friends and family. We have also just added a brand new Karaoke machine to the amazing Rock room in the basement. With hundreds of songs to choose from, this will provide hours of fun for everyone!
Also a great new addition to this amazing house is a high quality turntable stereo system to play vinyl records! This turntable sits in a updated room that we love to refer to as the 'Sunset Room', as it had the most incredible views. We have added 2 gorgeous Mid-Century modern Lounge chairs and Artwork, which makes this room is an incredible place to read a book and relax or visit. A collection of records for you to play include artists such as Pink Floyd, Elton John, Carole King, Carly Simon, an more.
There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with gas stove and oven, dinner and glassware for 8 people, Jamie Oliver pots and pans, coffee machine, and verismo machine. Just off the kitchen on the deck is an executive DCS BBQ 48" 6 burner with side burners.
There are 4 separate bedrooms, 1 king bed and 3 queens. All beds are made with high thread count linens and brand new top cushion quality mattresses. We provide you with Restoration Hardware plush robes for your stay as well. There are 2 full bathrooms with high quality white Gluckensteinhome face cloths, hand and bath towels. There is a wrap around deck and a high vantage deck with outdoor contemporary lounge seating.
Other features include an indoor one of a kind rock waterfall, 3 large flat screen satellite T.V.'s, large wood burning fireplace with plenty of wood provided, beautiful black yamaha Grand piano, stereo system with usb and lightning connection. There are also Restoration Hardware fur bean bag chairs and blankets and as well Hudsons Bay multi stripe fleece throw blankets throughout the house.

Guests have access to the 230 acre property including two private lakes with fire pits and many trails for wandering and exploring. Provided at the lakes are beautiful docks, life jackets, canoes, kayaks, row boats, paddle board and Canadian Hudsons Bay Cabana Towels.
PLEASE NOTE that in the winter months, it is advisable for guests to have a ALL-WHEEL DRIVE vehicle if they are not accustomed to navigating winter conditions on a mountain road. Our road is professionally plowed and sanded but it is long, about 3 km, and has some steep spots, which may prove difficult for some drivers or vehicles. On the other had, experienced winter condition drivers will have no issues at all with our road to the top.
Mont-Tremblant village and ski hill is a 15 minute drive from this location.

SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT ;
The Property Owner requires the Guest to sign a Short-term Rental Agreement. A copy of this agreement will be made available to the customer and must be agreed and signed before finalizing the reservation. This is mandatory and if it cannot be completed the reservation will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Taxes are collected separately from the airbnb listed prices. The taxes are 18.999% (LODGING 3.5% GST 5% QST 9.975%) on top of the rental prices quoted. We can either send you a Special Offer that includes the government taxes or collect them separately.
July and August we do require a 3 night minimum on weekends.
Pets are $25/night or $100 per week unless otherwise agreed.
• Check-in time is 4PM.
This is a non-smoking home. We expect our guests to behave like they would if they owned the property!
Please note if you are booking that WE CHARGE GST (5%) AND QST (9.975%) LODGING (3.5%)separately.
We have a SHORT TERM booking RENTAL AGREEMENT that will be made available immediately after booking, it is mandatory to stay at the property. If you don't agree with the contract, the reservation will be cancelled with full refund.
We will consider well-trained pets with a nightly or weekly charge. Must have owner agreement in advance.
