One of the things we love most of our space is the natural flow of air when all the windows are open. We find that air conditioning is not needed, multiple fans throughout the condo reinforce ample air flow.

The condo has a lovely lanai to enjoy outdoor dining, book reading and viewing the ocean and into old town Kailua-Kona. You also have use of our pool, the largest condo pool on the Big Island of Hawaii.

The condo property, Kona Alii, has a property manager to help with any issues with condo facilities and minor emergencies.

We offer a brand new Cal King bed, just purchased in September of 2015. We also have a covered parking stall dedicated to our unit. It is so nice to have the sun off the car while parked. Along with a secured, very large pool, we have a gas grill for your enjoyment.
It is a quiet condo complex. Most folks are sleeping by 9pm. There are multiple bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk to stay out late and play.

After spending 20+ years exploring the islands, we also fell in love with the lifestyle and community of living Aloha. We enjoy swimming and snorkeling near Kailua Pier every morning, and relaxing at our pool in the afternoons. You will find that our condo is a bit slower in pace. Exactly what we hoped for.
