Hi, thanks for the comments that allow me to improve the service to the guests every day. I write to you in English because unfortunately I do not speak your language.
Anyway, I am very sorry that your experience in my home has not been to your liking, it is curious, since it is far from the opinion of the rest of the guests who value their stay very well.
I do not know what might have bothered you so much as to miss the truth so exaggeratedly, as when you say that the consumption of water is regulated, or when you refer to lack of cleanliness, etc.
Anyway I would like to clarify some things for you and for anyone who could read these reviews, maybe the mistake is not informing yourself properly before confirming the reservation, according to the requirements and needs of each one.
1) Checkin is available from 2pm, although I always offer the possibility of leaving your bags in the apartment in case you arrive before that time.
In the announcement it is clear that there is an extra charge for checkin after 10 pm, so you should have taken into account that you have read the ad and the word document correctly sent to all guests once the reservation has been confirmed, with Useful information for your trip.
2) No room in the apartment has a key, not even mine. It is a detail that if for you is important you should have asked, as do other consultants, before confirming the reservation.
On the other hand, the guests willing to live a home sharing experience, do not think about locking their room, this escapes the spirit of mutual trust on which this holiday model is based.
3) The room you occupied has three windows, two on the roof and one that overlooks the laundry, so that I do not understand why such a lack is true, when the windows are seen in the photos shown in the advertisement.
When what you indicate can be simply refuted with the same photos that are in the advertisement, all other arguments that you could point out are automatically invalidated.
I would still respond point by point the comments you have made, but it does not make sense when you value the way you have done to the neighborhood, being one of the most requested and visited by tourists in recent years.
In the years that I have been sharing my home with guests, I have realized that in many cases, they choose home sharing for a purely economic question, but not everyone is emotionally or socially prepared to get away with an experience of this kind.
Anyway I continue to thank the comments and paying attention to details that could be improved in the daily work.
Greetings and thank you.
