Quietly nestled into the hillside behind Coral Bay yet within five minutes' walk of local amenities, this is the most lovely place to stay. Set on a small exclusive development of just 11 properties within a short walk of Peyia, a traditional Cypriot village where you will find excellent local facilities including a bank, well stocked supermarket, bars and restaurants.
From the front balcony of this lovely apartment you can enjoy spectacular panoramic sea views over the Mediterranean Sea, Coral Bay and the Paphos coastline. The large rear balcony is completely private and has a comfortable seating area, dining area, barbeque and sunbeds, creating a fabulous outdoor living space. Here you can relax in comfort, sunbathe in privacy, dine, or just enjoy life al fresco.
The property is furnished to a high standard in contemporary style and has been equipped for year round use. It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and English TV (including films) and for winter lets there are duvets, fires etc. Towels and pool towels are provided and a small welcome pack will be there to greet you on arrival. It has been described as a ‘home from home’, an ‘apartment with the benefits of a villa’ and ‘just what the doctor ordered’. Put simply, it is just a wonderful place to stay.
Why not relax and sunbathe on the sun terraces around the development's stunning infinity swimming pool, or enjoy the spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea while you swim in the pool? Alternatively, you will find excellent sandy beaches, bars and restaurants at Coral Bay which is less than a ten minute drive away.

Guests will have access not just to this lovely apartment and the large outside spaces where you can relax in privacy, but also to the development's infinity pool and sun terraces where you can sunbathe and enjoy the view to your heart's content. If you get too hot or need to relax you can go into the apartment to watch a film, catch up on TV programmes you have missed or surf the web.
Peyia, with its excellent local facilities, bars and restaurants is less than a five minute walk away. Here you will find a well stocked supermarket, bank, pharmacy, dentist, doctor, bakery and everything you will need for your day to day needs. Coral Bay is just a five minutes drive away, here you will find a wide choice of bars and restaurants, some of the island's best beaches and watersports. Paphos is approximately a 20 minute drive away and here you can explore ancient sites or local bars! Akamas National Park is a must for those who are feeling adventurous and a trip to Laatchi with its charming and excellent fish restaurants is thoroughly recommended.

I am a professional woman and mother of three with a lifelong interest in property. I bought this lovely apartment a few years' ago to use in my retirement and to rent out to others. It is a very stylish and well equipped 'home from home' furnished to a much higher standard than the average holiday home and I very much hope you will consider staying there. The property is furnished for year round use.
Cyprus has a wonderful climate with 326 days of sunshine each year. The spring months (March to June) are a wonderful time to visit as are the autumn months (October/November). There is plenty of sunshine throughout the winter and people swim in the sea until Christmas!
