Description

Our delightful log cabin is perfect for a Methow Valley get-away. We are tucked in a lovely grove of aspens, steps from the river, MVSTA trail, private sauna, shared hot tub & pool. The cabin has two bedrooms + a sleeping loft, a full kitchen & lots of great juju.

Our family loves the Methow Valley and we enjoy sharing our special cabin with others so they can experience this special place as well.

This delightful log cabin is steps from the Methow Valley Community Trail and Methow River. It is perfectly located in between historic Winthrop and Mazama on the banks of the Methow River. The cabin has a private barrel sauna fro six in the back yard and access to a shared hot tub and pool.

This is a beautifully built 1600 square ft. 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin with a sleeping loft. The main floor has an open living/eating/full kitchen, which is perfect for gatherings. There is also a separate guest bedroom, common bathroom, and laundry area on the main floor. The second floor features the master bedroom with private bathroom and jetted soaking tub. The large loft has one queen and two twin/trundle beds. Many configurations of friends and family are comfortable in this cabin but it has been specifically set-up to comfortably host two families which we often do.

You can sit on the front porch or back deck enjoying the beautiful setting in a grove of Aspens or explore the 40+ acres of shared property which includes almost a half-mile of river-front.

This is our home away from home so everything we need to have a great get-away is there for you. You will also have access to our private sauna in the back yard and shared hot tub and pool near the warming hut.

We live in Seattle so we will not be on site. We are available via phone or email to answer questions, have managers in Twisp if something goes wrong and we have a keyless entry so we don't need to worry about key exchange.

Staying had a whole week is amazing! And the weekly rate is a great deal, but it does not include Saturday-Saturday stays.

RENTAL RULES

This is our home away from home so we hope you will live by the same rules we do to keep our home safe and nice for the next visitors.

Smoking is not allowed on or around the property.

Pets - Well-behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval only. A pet fee of $10 per day will apply. Dogs must stay on the lower level of the property and off of all furniture. Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the unit and must be leashed when on the property at all times.

For the Winter - Storms and Road Conditions: The cabin is on a gravel drive that is plowed regularly in the winter. The gravel drive is well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months.
We cannot be responsible for winter weather conditions. If you will be arriving during the winter, please be sure you have proper equipment for driving in the snow, and carry tire chains for driving over the passes. Our local roads are always kept open and in good condition for winter travel. There are no refunds for road closures; however, if both Stevens and Snoqualmie mountain passes are closed for more than eight hours and the closures prohibit you from reaching the property, you may reschedule your stay for an arrival within three months of the pass closures. Please note that the North Cascades Pass is always closed during winter.
We recommend you check weather conditions before driving through the passes during the winter, either through the DOT's website at (URL HIDDEN) (click on "Mountain Passes"), or by cal(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)-ROAD.

Josh And Nicole

We are an adventurous couple with a love of the outdoors living in Seattle. We came here almost 20 years ago via Alaska and Ohio and are still discovering this awesome city. When not traveling or in Seattle we are in the Methow Valley at our cabin skiing, biking, hiking, fishing and reading with our toes in the river. We have our cabin to make special memories with our family and friends and love to share it with others who want to do the same.
