À propos de ce logement
A spacious house with large modern kitchen, dining room, cozy fire place and large private yard. Enjoy this thoughtfully decorated home featuring lots of original artwork and other curiosities that provide a unique Northwest vibe. Sleep soundly in a comfortable bedroom and wake up to coffee and pastries at the nearby bakery. Walk to the heart of Division's "eat-street", Hawthorne shops or Mount Tabor park. Steps away from two bus lines or a short drive to downtown.
Our house is warm and inviting. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, and if you bring additional friends the couch folds out into a bed. The kitchen is fully stocked by someone who likes to cook - or if you like to eat out you are literally steps away from one of the best French bakeries in town.

We are happy to answer any questions via email or through Airbnb, and will be available by text or phone while you are staying with us. We will likely not be in town when you are here so we might not meet in person.
Our house is a duplex, so the upper floor is rented by our long-term (14 years!) tenant. She is friendly and quiet and it's rare that you are even aware there is someone above you.
Dogs are welcome, but please dry off your pup before they come into the house, keep them off the couch and pick up any poop they leave in the yard. Both smoking and vaping is not allowed inside the house. There is a covered back porch where you may smoke.
Si vous annulez jusqu'à 7 jours avant le voyage, vous recevez un remboursement à hauteur de 50 % et les frais de service vous sont remboursés intégralement.

My husband Todd, our labrador Bebe and I enjoy living in our cozy nest in Portland. We also love to travel and see the world and spend a lot of time on the Oregon coast. We can often be found surfing, paddleboarding, running and camping. We are both self-employed and enjoy a pretty flexible schedule which lets us open up our home to you. When we are home we enjoy cooking meals, gardening and spending time with friends. We also love collecting art and other interesting stuff, especially when it means supporting our artist friends, so you'll find lots of unique and original touches in our home.
