Hi Sofia, I am very sorry you didn't enjoy your stay at the house. My husband waited for you until 11 PM while you and your group ate and escorted you to the house. We have a kitchen available so you can cook so you don't have to drive to El Cuco to eat. El Cuco is a 15 minute drive from the house. We are located in the "wild east" which is a very rural part of El Salvador, which is part of it's charm. The neighborhood is full of very nice people that do not live in big houses, but it is by no means a "bad neighborhood". El Salvador is not like Miami.... and if you were looking for that experience I apologize. The only place I can think of that you can find that here is in the private gated communities in the west side of the county that separate you from any local people, other than the servants. Also, your review stated that the entire house was dirty. We had literally just placed brand new towels and sheets on your beds. The summer here does have strong gusts of wind that bring in dust and sand. That may be what was happened. I am VERY SORRY you found a snake in the bathroom... but I have never had that happen before. And once again, we are in a rural part of El Salvador on the beach. I apologize if the listing made you think otherwise.
