La casa è comoda e molto bella. Composto da 4 stanze da letto (di cui una con bagno in camera e vista spettacolare) e 3 bagni. La zona giorno è ampia e l'appartamento dispone in generale di ogni comodità. La casa si affaccia sulla statale, ma grazie a degli infissi molto buoni, quando si è dentro non si sente il rumore da fuori. Valore aggiunto anche il parcheggio a disposizione per 2 macchine. Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal corso principale, raggiungibile anche tramite la pista ciclabile che si trova alle spalle della casa. Eugenio e Bruno sono stati molto disponibili, sia prima che durante la vacanza, fornendoci tutto il supporto necessario.

A great location, extremely close to the centre of Cortina as well as the walks to Dobbiaco. Eugenio and Bruno's place is immaculately presented and fitted with all the amenities needed to explore the mountains nearby. Hopefully the internet will be sorted soon.

It's a recently renovated and modern flat but in an old house. Therefore most rooms are quite small. Exceptions are the living room and the masters room which are both spacious. The interior is modern and we especially liked the bath rooms with the clean and warm showers. The missing WiFi is the biggest drawback. The center of Cortina is a 5 minutes walk away and the pedestrian and cycle path passes right behind the house. There is a little shop on the other side of the street. The street itself has permanent traffic which can be heard especially from the masters room.

Large apartment near the center (5 minutes on foot) located on the main road. The noise from the road was tiring at the openings window . Modernist and raw style apartment but comfortable. I recommend this apartment for groups of friends or a large family. Plenty of room for joint meals, conversation and meetings.

I liked the beds and the bathrooms, though I get to stay in Master bedroom. Other bedrooms were quite small. The traffic noise can be disruptive because the apartment is beside the main road. There were lots of dining dishes. Wi-Fi is the main thing we missed, otherwise everything was fine. Thank you Eugenio =)

Very nice and modern flat easy walking distance to Cortina center. Good beds, could easily accommodate even 10 people. No wifi!

We found the property to be very good but would have liked WiFi and a few small things like larger glasses. Check-in was very smooth with Eugenio inquiring when we would arrive and then having a friend waiting for us to let us in. Overall, a solid property. Not luxurious but very usable and close enough to town to walk. Bonus, small but very quaint grocery right across the street where essentials (like fruit and chocolate) could be purchased. Would recommend only 4-5 people for this house. All the bedrooms besides the master were quite small. Bathrooms were also small (except master) but nice with great shower pressure.
