The condo was great. Upon arriving we were slightly concerned with the appearance of the neighborhood but learned quickly the condo was nice. The condo has great bathroom space, and closet space too. You look out the window onto the water. The kitchen had anything we needed, and would be good if you don't want to eat out every meal.
One thing that was disappointing for us girls was the patio was covered in spiders! We were looking forward to sitting out there with our coffee, or having the door open in the evenings because it was so nice out but the spiders would come into the house. The first morning we tried to kill and clean most of it up but woke up to new webs. Maybe spraying out there would help eliminate some of that.
Denise obviously has no control over this but the ceilings are SO THIN! It was awful. In the master bedroom I was up at 7am every morning because the upstairs neighbor. It sounded like heels and boots just running back and forth. I've never experienced upstairs neighbors sounding this loud before. After a late night of drinking 7am wake up call is not pleasant! Our last night there which was a Sunday, around 130am I was woken by this again. We had a 6am flight and was trying to get some sleep before a day of traveling.
The condo is pretty centrally located. 18 min drive to grand ole oprey, 10 minutes to centennial park, 12 south, music row. 5 minutes or less to downtown and Broadway. We would recommend and stay again if we come back to Nashville.
