Enjoy a fully furnished one bedroom, one bathroom apartment at Shambala Terraces. Your bedroom has a queen size bed and mattress, good for 1-2 persons. Soak in the sun on the terrace or take a refreshing dip in the pool. Feel free to ask our property managers about restaurant recommendations, delivery menus and info on island activities.

Shambala Terraces is only a 10 minutes tricycle ride from the center and 20 minutes from the Jetty Port. Located hillside at Balinghai with access to its secluded beach just a 10 minute walk away. Shambala Terraces offers high quality apartments in a prime destination overlooking lush jungle and beautiful sea views.

We have a very friendly maid and maintenance guy living on the property and available to assist you with any questions or repairs 6 days a week.

This is a private property with 7 units. This is our home so we expect you to take care as if as yours. And if u are lucky you can catch or meet us in the premises. We live in the island 6 months and 6 months in Europe.

Tenant shall use the Apartment only for residential purposes. Tenant shall not use or allow the use of the Apartment in any way that interferes with other tenants' use and enjoyment of the Apartment or neighboring property. Tenant shall not use the Apartment for any illegal or improper use, i.e., no drugs or loud parties. Additionally, the Tenant shall comply with all Zoning Ordinances, Protective Covenants and Deed Restrictions.

No pets allowed in the Apartment and within Property.

The Tenant agrees to accept responsibility for the following:

a.General care of the premises, including plants on terrace
b.Notify Landlord of any repair needed as soon as practicable,

The Tenant shall comply with all obligations imposed upon tenants by applicable provisions of building, housing, and health codes; maintain the Apartment in good condition during the entire length of this Agreement and shall neither cause nor allow any abuse of the facilities therein. The Tenant shall, at his expense, maintain the Apartment in a clean and sanitary condition free from noxious odors, disturbing noises, or other nuisances. Any damage on any part of the Apartment caused or done by the Tenant may be repaired by the Landlord for the account of and at the expense of the Tenant.

Common areas shall always remain open. The sidewalks, entries, passages and stairways of the property shall not be obstructed or used by the Tenant for any purpose other than for ingress and egress to and from the building’s property; the same common areas and space open for use by all tenants and the public.

Bev and Lorenzo are outstanding hosts and we spent a wonderful week in Boracay. The communication was excellent and we also get great recommendations from Bev during our stay in Boracay. The flat had really everything we needed, is located in a quiet spot on the island and is also very convenient for a longer stay. The housekeeping is extraordinarily friendly and did an excellent job. I would recommend this place for people that are looking for a comfortable and relaxed place in Boracay. We also enjoyed very much the pool. The only thing that could be improved is the Wifi that was unfortunately not reliable during our stay. We would definitely come back here and are very grateful for the time we could spend in this apartment.

This unit is very clean & comfortable to stay, Bev always fast response & his staff very friendly. Wifi didt work property , sometime unable connect to internet. However , I m satisfy on this vocation period in Bev unit.:)

The property manager stephan tries to use intimidation tactics. This listing shows a great pool area. When I arrived it was a cesspool. After 2 days and my loud vocal complaint, the pool was cleaned and was excellent. To get to this point was painful. All wire were unplugged to the TV and I had to troubleshoot. Batteries dead in remote and NEVER replaced in the week I was there There are other units at this establishment that I stayed at and had no problems. I would stay clear of this unit. Very poor communication and host really pissed me off.

We had a great time in Boracay and this clean and cute apartment is definitely a plus to our vacation. Bev is very nice and always quick to response. The living-on-site staff Myra is very polite and warm, and provides room cleaning every two days, which is really an advantage to other airbnb apartments. Bev's place is a bit far from S2 , but easier to go to Puka beach. Each ride(either to Puks or D mall) by tuktuk is 150p, or 20p per person if you join other passengers. And 10p to CityMall. You have to pay electricity and water additionally, which might be expensive if you turn the aircon on the whole day. Many comment complain about the noise of roosters, which I hardly hear any. The only thing that bothers us is the cockcrow! Especially at midnight! Everything is great except for the cockcrow! Anyway we have finally get used to it. The apartment is a great value for money.

Great place to stay which is away from majority of all the tourists. Very comfortable place with higher than standard ammenities. Would definitely reconsider using this space in the future.

Better than the Brochure! This was our first time airbnb'ing, and we were nicely surprised. The ceilings are high, the kitchen equipped, and the balcony, overlooking the pool, is very spacious. It had a very warm feel about it. It's a 10 minute ride (150 pesos) to White Beach; It's a 10-minute ride to the more secluded Puka Beach; And it's a 10-minute ride to Spider House - a nice place with a good vibe. It's pretty much a 10-minute ride to anywhere. It's located at the end of a village road close to Balinghai Beach. There are a lot of roadside shops that sell basic necessities, fruit, vegetables... We wouldn't recommend it to anyone who suffers from Alektorophobia, but we would definitely stay there again and hopefully will.

Great value apartment in beautiful Boracay! Bev was perfect with communications and replied to all requests/questions immediately.

Lorenzo is the founder/developer/unit owner of Shambala Terraces. He named Shambala Terraces which means "peace, tranquillity and happiness". He built this with love and this is our home which we would like to share and let you experience its beauty.

We have two luxurious units in the building. One we rent mostly all year round and one we live for 6 months, rented it when we are in Europe and traveling other Asian countries.
We are friendly and accommodating owners. He live in the island for 11 years and she for 5 years. We have a healthy and active lifestyle. We love travelling and enjoy good food and wine.

We have a 4 years old German boxer dog named Chicco who is well trained, so sweet and adorable. We are sure you will love him as he would love to welcome you with a waggling tail next to us.
