Well located apartment in Wanchai and kubol was a great host. The joining instructions were very clear and the apartment was as described. We had a few maintenance issues but Kubol fixed these as soon as we let him know about it and was very accommodating.

How wonderful! Much appreciated! Thank you for your suggestion on where to put the TV being currently in the den. However, we trust that you can respect that we have our own priority and personal reason on how we decide where to put our furnishings in our property. To demean the size of the TV as "micro mini" is not only a gross exaggeration but totally unnecessary too. Please be gently reminded that there are photos of the apartment 's every nook and corner. We suggest that in choosing a listing, ensure to review the photos carefully to filter and find that one place which will suit your needs to a tee. To understand the House Rules will also help and keep the expectations within it's parameters. The kitchen ware & dinnerware provided are just appropriate for the size of the apartment and for travellers needing a temporary stay. To put more than what it already has at the moment will only clutter and crowd the precious space. In Hong Kong, we do give it much thought on what is only necessary to make every space counts. The steps leading to the lobby is just a couple from the street/ground level. We have no control on how the building was designed. The building prides itself as a historical site, Wanchai Market, being the first public market in Hongkong back in the olden days. A renowned architect and developer had taken great pains to preserve the foot print of the building, carefully erecting the modern structure where the apartments are now, only on top of the said preserved building. Had they chosen to preserve the very same steps and chose the said location for their lobby is totally their call. To claim the security is difficult may only mean the building is secure enough. We had not received any complaints in the past about the security personnel . In fact, most guests praise them as being pleasant always. That being said, since we strive to be fair, we will take this up with the building management and investigate if such unpleasantness to the level of difficulty had indeed been allegedly displayed. If so, we will demand to the management that the said despicable behavior be rectified. We pay an exorbitant fee every month to the said management company so we deem it unfair if anything of such nature had really taken place. We may also request to review CCTV footages if any behavior of such nature was shown to you during your stay. In addition, we do understand that you are a lady traveler with a 30 kg luggage but forgive us for saying that it is your own choice. No one should be burdened with how one manages her own choices. Personally, we are female too and we do travel with heavy and multiple luggages but we make it work for us without hurling blame or passing on the responsibility on anyone. Moreover, in our opinion and personal experience, the carpark access from the back of the building on the ground floor with an elevator is indeed helpful if you wanted to avoid the steps leading to the lobby. However, realistically speaking, it is not a perfect world. If the access card is positioned in the lobby area at the time of check in rather than being in the carpark or at back of the building (which is less than 1 minute away) , we thought this is only a "micro mini" sacrifice to do for one time only anyway. All the same, we are more than pleased to know that you had a positive stay, overall. Safe travels!

Convenient location, clean and great communication with Kubol. Clearly set up with Airbnb guests in mind - detailed instructions from the airport, spare towels, clean linens, all necessary amenities and wifi included. Close to good restaurants, bus stops and MTR.

I very convenient place, close to MTR and to causeway bay. the appartment is a very bright studio, with a small room to one side. Kubol was a great host, very communicative and helpful.. check in was no problem.
