I live in the back of the apartment. I have own bathroom & shower. There is a door & hallway that separate the front & back. The kitchen is shared. I'm available if you need me but stay very busy (this is NYC!! =D) I have 2 young cats that live with me in the back. They love humans so... If you like cats, please ask to say hello. If not, they will not go into your space.
The building is over 120 years old, respect it's archaic charm & enjoy the NYC history.
No drugs, no crazy party animals. Come with a positive, kind attitude & you will receive the same.

Getting my Master's degree in Art History/Arts Education at the City College of New York. Also an art teacher. When I'm not working or studying, I enjoy a good conversation. I love to cook and do most of it with fresh veggies from the local CSA of which I'm a Core Group volunteer. My home is very important to me as I did all the renovations myself and therefore needs to be completely respected. It is also over 100 years old so please respect the quirks! I do like to go out or stay in and have a few drinks occasionally. Bring a smile and positive outlook to this warm cozy space. :)
