House rules are provided to guest prior to occupancy. The house rules consist of the condo rules plus the owner's rules for guests shown below.
1.Smoking is NOT allowed on the premises. A smoking penalty of $1000 shall be imposed if there is any evidence of smoking inside the premises.
2.People other than those in the Guest party identified in the lease may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Use appliances for their intended uses only. Guest agrees to pay for any damages to the property beyond normal wear and tear. Guests are not allowed to move in furniture or equipment into the unit without prior written approval from the Host.
4.Pets are NOT allowed, unless approved in writing by Owner.
5.PARKING – Parking is limited to 1 vehicle, no campers or recreational vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
6.Housekeeping: There is no housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, maid service is not included in the rental rate. Please do not remove towels or linens from the unit.
7.Pool: Children are NEVER permitted in the pool without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.
8.Maximum Occupancy: Occupancy is restricted to the maximum occupancy as set forth in the lease.
9.Orderly and Legal Conduct: Guest agrees that the premises shall not be used for any illegal or unlawful purpose. Occupancy and use of the premises in such a fashion that materially disturbs or offends neighbors or residents shall be deemed grounds for immediate termination and eviction with no refunds of Rent, Tax, Security Deposit, or Cleaning Fee.
(URL HIDDEN) Address: Any informal questions during your stay may be directed to the Owner via email or cell phone. All contracts and other notices and formal communications should be provided to Owner by email with confirmation of receipt of email.
11.Basic Cable and Internet Service are provided by AT&T and are included as part of the Rent. Owner is not responsible for any outages in the Cable and Internet services, and no refund shall be given for any such outages. Guest may purchase and pay for premium cable or Internet services and arrange for such payments through Owner.
12.Guests (Renters) are required to sign a lease and return the signed copy to the owner at least 5 business days prior to occupancy. Under the Condo rules the Owner must provide a copy of the signed lease to the Condo Management at least 5 days prior to effective date of the lease.
