Your cottage includes a fire pit with seating, gas grill, picnic table, parking for 1-2 vehicles, and access to a fenced outdoor pool (June to September). Enjoy barbecues and smores right outside your cottage!

The beach is 1.5 miles away, and the pier with amusement park is 2 miles away.

You can have it all in your unforgettable Downeast adventure: a camping experience with the modern comforts of cottage living, the beach, pier, and amusement park!
Fall is also a great time to visit for the foliage.
I can provide additional suggestions too, let me know.

Price includes 7% Maine lodging tax. Lower nightly rates for weekly rentals.

The cottage is available for monthly sublet from September 10 to June 7.

In June, pollen is shed from the pine trees after heavy rain and will make the pool water cloudy but does not affect the water quality. Guests have the option to use the pool in the campground across the road.

Règlement intérieur
Non fumeur
L'entrée dans les lieux se fait à partir de 15:00

You must note any damage on check-in and message me on airbnb. Check-in otherwise acknowledges the cottage has been received in good condition, with the stated inventory items, and that additional charges may be incurred if property is damaged or inventory items need to be replaced. This consideration will be assessed at time of check-out.

Cottage and grounds policies, including pool, arcade, noise curfew, and fire pit rules will be clearly posted in all cottages and in the communal areas.

Smoking is not permitted in the cottage. If smoke or cigarette odor is found upon checkout, the security deposit will be applied to the extra cleaning service.

Pets are permitted but you must first notify me at the time of booking. Pets must be house trained and be curbed and leashed on outdoor premises for the safety of other guests, especially those with children. If pet-related stains and litter are found on the premises, the security deposit will be applied for the extra cleaning.

We have firepits for your campside s'mores! Please do not put used cigarettes in the firepits, but instead use ashtrays and dispose of extinguished cigarettes in the trash. Firewood is available for sale ($6 a bundle) but feel free to provide your own!

Trash cans are provided with each cottage. Please tie trash bags tightly and use the lids provided with the trash cans, otherwise night critters will raid the trash for scraps of food and cause messes!

Thank you!

The description is accurate. There is a wonderful handyman here who really bent over backwards to make me feel welcome. The owner was extremely helpful as well. He even informed me that I was "passive aggressive" when I complained about inadequate heat and being awakened in the middle of the night. It was incredibly helpful to receive the several thousands of words he texted, describing me ad a "miserable person who endeavors to share her misery with others" and literally using a medical textbook to provide me with a complete psychological diagnosis after My two-sentence conplaint. Im pretty sure this was a joke, so Im going to conclude that this is a grrat place to stay where the owner is a hilarious textual improviser who will not only provide a roof over your head, but endless hours of amusement. would I stay there again? Sure. Marcus the handiman was a great resource for someone traveling alone, and he made my stay feel very safe and welcome.

If you have ever wanted the experience of living in a tiny house with your family, stay here. For $150/night this is a clear example of you get what you pay for. All in all, it was fine. The pool was a saving grace for our kids. The house was small, and if you are over 250 lbs or a tall person, you will be uncomfortable. The beds were ok; pretty lumpy but sleepable. The place was kind of dirty. Our feet turned black from walking on the floors combined with the dirt of the campground. I had to clean the bathroom because it clearly hadn't been done. Due to the mass quantities of pine trees over the cabins, be prepared to sit in a lot of sap and to have your car detailed when you get back home. In conclusion, this place was fine, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Hi, Lauren, sorry the rustic environment of Maine didn't suit your tastes. To clarify, you rented a cottage, not a house. Despite the sap from the pine trees I would never chop them down, that is the point of the great outdoors in Maine, along with additional amenites like dirt on the ground, and a barbecue grill, and a firepit for s'mores. I am pleased to hear that at least your kids enjoyed the pool.

The cottage was cute and cozy, pretty much just what we expected. The pool was great, even though we were there primarily for the beach we swam in the pool many nights. One night we walked back from the pier, while it was quite the walk (2 miles, I think), it was still walking distance. There is a trolley there though to get to the pier. :)

Mike greeted myself and family upon arrival and provided us with some tips for navigating Old Orchard Beach as well as some destinations to keep in mind during our stay. The cottage was as pictured, petit and a great value. The cottage comfortably fit/slept four; we opted to use the downstairs bedroom and futon for sleeping. The picnic table was great for sharing outdoor meals and playing cards. And while we didn't use it during our stay, the pool is a great alternative to the beach. The cottage is minutes away from the downtown area, well positioned away from the increased tourist traffic yet close enough to get the Old Orchard vibe. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay - thank you, Mike!

Travel and arts buff, since 2005 I have been offering beautiful rustic cottages for a comfortable stay with a coastal Maine theme. Only seen when needed, but with attention to detail and focus on guest satisfaction. I enjoy the outdoors and so offer campground-type amenities to guests.
