This comfortable and cozy three bedroom, two bath Condo is located in the community of Villas at Island Club. The master bedroom has a King bed for a spacious and refreshing nights sleep. Your traveling companions will enjoy a restfully relaxing stay in a Queen bedroom, and a Twin bedroom.

You will enjoy a sparkling blue community pool for those lazy days in the sun. Some of the other notable amenities this home has to offer includes: a fully equipped kitchen; a washer and dryer for your laundry convenience; cable television; telephone; internet; and WIFI. Towels, linens, bedding, dishes, glassware, cookware etc. are also provided.

The magic and adventure of Disney World is only a short 10-15 minute drive away! Other nearby popular family oriented attractions include: Sea World; Discovery Cove; Universal Studios; Old Towne; and Lego-land.

A nice selections of restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores are also conveniently located nearby.

Registration Terms & Conditions of Property
Departure/Checkout: Check out time is 10 a.m. Please leave at the departure time as we need to have the home cleaned for an arrival on the same day. Place the key to the home back in the lock box at departure. If the key is not returned to the lockbox, the renter will be charged a $75.00 re-key charge. Guests not departing by checkout time will be charged a late check-out fee of $75.00 which will be charged to your credit card on file. If the door key is lost, damaged, or you exit through the garage instead of the front door during your stay there will be a $75.00 charge for re-keying the house.

Maximum Number of Occupants per Housing Unit: Each rental property is furnished with the number of beds and/or sofa sleepers relative to the number of bedrooms and maximum allowable occupancy. Children two years and older are part of the occupancy is strictly enforced. Parties larger than the maximum allowable occupancy will be asked to move to a larger house which will accommodate the number of guests in the party. The increased rental rate will vary according to the size of the home. Guests not willing to move will be evicted immediately and will automatically forfeit the rental that has been paid for that property. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Please Note: Not all homes have sofa sleepers.

Smoking Policy: Absolutely NO SMOKING in any of homes managed by Vacation Homes Network LLC. Should someone smoke inside the house or the GARAGE, $250.00 minimum will be charged to the credit card on file for cleaning & deodorizing the house. Please also make sure if you smoke outside all of the interior doors are closed.

Pets: Not Allowed – There are no pets allowed! There will be a charge of $250.00 minimum to clean and deodorize the home should a pet be in the vacation rental house. In addition, Vacation Homes Network LLC reserves the right to evict renters with pets from the premises immediately.

Household Issues to Report: Please call the office Monday-Friday to report any issues that you may experience during your stay. In the Kitchen on the refrigerator is the contact number to call for any issues or questions you may have upon arrival to your home. If you have a problem that is not an emergency, please be advised that your service call will be addressed the next business day.

Pool Alarms: Florida Law requires all doors and windows providing direct access from the home to the pool must be equipped with an exit alarm or child safety fence. These alarms must remain on at all times and should not be turned off under any circumstance. Disabling or tampering with any safety alarm is a violation of state law. Guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all children and that they are to be supervised at all times both inside and while in the pool area. Guest also understand and agree that the management company is not liable for any damage or injuries that may occur while guest occupy the property.

Air Conditioner unit: The temperature setting should be set between 72-78 degrees. DO NOT move the setting below 72 degrees. The A/C unit potentially could freeze if the setting is below 72 and you may be charged for any damage. Keep all bedrooms & bathroom doors open and PATIO DOORS MUST REMAIN CLOSED AT ALL TIMES EXCEPT WHEN ENTERING & EXITING. The A/C unit runs 24 hours a day. Do not turn the A/C unit off.

Toilets: Please do not use an excessive amount of toilet paper, flush paper towels, diapers, diaper wipes or feminine items down the toilet(s). There is a plunger located in the utility room or garage to utilize. If you have a problem with your toilet(s) upon your arrival call the Emergency Number located on the refrigerator. All homes are inspected prior to your arrival including toilets. If you choose not to call and the problem is still occurring after 24 hours you may be assessed a “call out charge” of a minimum of $25.00 to unplug a toilet(s).

Spills & Stains: If you happen to spill something, get blood or other body fluids on the carpet, furniture, or bedding PLEASE call the office number provided in the house as soon as possible so we are able to get the stain out before it sets for a long period of time. If spills or stains are not reported the cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit or credit card on file.

Trash/Rubbish: I understand that I, or a member of my party, am responsible for setting the garbage curbside each schedule garbage pickup day(s) during our stay. It is also my responsibility to return the empty garbage containers back into the garage. Please see sign on garage door for pick up dates and times. If I leave on a day not scheduled for garbage pick-up,I will make sure all trash is bagged in appropriate trash bags and left in the garage. Any bins containing trash that isn’t bagged in trash bags/can liners as well or exceeding 1 Trash bin will be removed with a charge of $50.00 to your security deposit.

Pool Heat: Pool heat is paid locally. We can only accept cash, visa, or master card for pool heat. The cost to heat your pool is $33.60 with a minimum of 3 days for pool heat. It takes approximately 24 to 48 hours for the pool to heat. During your stay if you wish to add pool heat please call to purchase your pool heat Monday to Friday’s before 2:00pm. VERY IMPORTANT: The pool temperature will average 80 to 85 degrees with weather permitting. The pool heater operates off the pool pump, approximately 10 to 12 hours a day not 24 hours. The pool heat is NOT on at night. (If the outdoor temperature drops below 55-60 degrees, the pool heater has an automatic shut off switch and will not come back on until the outdoor temperature reaches above 55-60 degrees). We recommend if the night or day temperature falls below 55 degrees during your stay, that you wait until the cooler weather is over before ordering your pool to be heated. We will not refuse you pool heat during the colder days, but recommend that you wait for warmer days. If you order pool heat while the weather is warmer and the temperature drops expectedly or unexpectedly during your stay, it is not our responsibility to refund the cost of pool heat. We are in no way liable for the pool temperature when related to the outside weather and temperature.

Tenant Responsibilities: Vacation Homes Network LLC does not supply food, garbage bags, cleaning supplies or paper goods. All homes are self-catering. Provided as a courtesy to get you started are 1 toilet roll in all bathrooms and 1 kitchen garbage bag. Please maintain the home in its current condition during your stay. To secure any jewelry, money, passports, plane tickets or any other valuables is up to the guest. All homes with Vacation Homes Network are not equipped with a safe however those that do please call the 1-800 number located on the safe. In addition please lock all exterior doors/windows while you are away. On day of departure we ask you to leave the house in the same condition in which you found the home.
Disclaimer: Vacation Homes Network LLC reserves the right to evict immediately any renter from the property listed for the following reasons: Malicious damages to the house or its’ contents. Disorderly conduct, possession of illegal drugs, dealing in controlled substances, brawling-including domestic abuse, disturbing the peace, possession of firearms) or stolen goods. In the event any of these actions occur on this property, as stated in 2002 Florida Statures chapter 509 part1- sub chapt(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and 509.142 Vacation Homes Network LLC can choose to serve the renter(s) verbally or in writing of violation(s) that may have taken place at this location and demand the renter(s) to vacate the premises immediately. If renter(s) does not leave immediately, local law enforcement will be called and asked to remove renter(s) and/or arrest renter(s) from this property. All Vacation Homes Network LLC properties are considered resort dwelling and fall under s.509.242 (g) of the Florida Statures Chapter 509 part 1.

Management Company/Homeowner: Vacation Homes Network LLC, The Property Management Company and The homeowner of this property, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who has reserved this property for rental, if deemed necessary in the disclaimer above. Vacation Homes Network LLC and /or owner of this property won’t be held responsible/liable to renters for any loss or theft of the renter’s personal property, rented item(s), accidents, injury, damage, weather conditions, road conditions, or loss of recreational activities that may occur during your stay. Vacation Homes Network LLC reserves the right to enter an occupied property to perform household repairs or to repair appliances, deliver household items or to have a scheduled service carried out. Work will be completed during normal business hours 8am to 5pm Monday through Sunday (7) days a week. Whenever possible the renter will be notified in advance for interior work to be completed or deliveries. Should the renter be out of the home, a service tag or a note will be left on the door or in the home to inform the renter that a staff member of Vacation Homes Network has entered the premises.

Pool Heat - $30 per day
BBQ Rental - $5 per day
Crib Rental - $5 per day

All Prices are plus tax.

La experiencia fue excelente. Si bien nos modificaron la casa que reservamos inicialmente, nos dieron una más grande y con mayor comodidad, aunque un tanto mas lejana que la anterior. Todo estaba en perfecto estado y funcionamiento. La limpieza también era muy buena.

Location was great and near Disneyland, also close to a number of supermarkets. The apartment was very big and clean. Be sure to bring your own soap though as it is a self-serve home.

I'll definetly come back to this place in my next trip to orlando. Not only the location was great (a few ninutes from the parks), the house was also perfect. It has Comfotable, spacious and very clean rooms.

The apartment was as described. Nice location, close to major parks, outlets, lots of eating options within 10 minutes drive. We really enjoyed our stay there. If you require internet bring your own wireless router, the one provided is unreliable, also had to call for the password which after 2 days of wait was given wrong anyway.

Chris was awesome to work with. We had an issue with a bad light and Chris came and fixed it right away. We loved their condo, very clean, fresh and well kept. Highly recommend Chris and his condo. Very close to Disney World, dining and shopping.
