À propos de ce logement
Wide open unique 2000sq ft wine centric loft-like space in heart of NW PDX is steps to Forest Park, indie cafes, Fr bakery and 23rd Ave. Bike, new ping pong table, harvest table and chandelier, 70” TV, DVD/Blu-Ray player, Cable, WiFi.
Soaring ceilings! The back of the space has 25 foot ceiling and a skylight. Downstairs, the kitchen has full fridge with freezer, oven, cooktop, microwave, plenty of dishware and flatware and basic cooking supplies (and we are surrounded by great restaurants). Also downstairs, the bathroom (with custom built vanity cabinet built from repurposed wine crates), has shower. Then up a flight of stairs in the loft is the sleeping area, with queen bed, large closet and sitting area.

We live in the building, in a completely separate unit. We will give you complete privacy. That said, we love Portland and this neighborhood and are delighted to give any pointers about attractions, trails, restaurants, local wines, etc. We're also happy to try to accommodate special requests.
This part of NW Portland is fabulous!! From this space, you are just blocks to many of Portland's top restaurants, plus numerous cool indie cafes, and a French bakery. Three blocks to 23rd Ave with boutiques, cafes, pubs and restaurants. 3 blocks to a trail head into the amazing 5,000 acre Forest Park! And just 2 blocks to Wallace Park which features play structures, basketball, public tennis courts, and summer concerts.
Very convenient to several bus lines, plus the Portland Streetcar.
The bathroom and kitchen and all the gigantic living space are all on the ground floor, while the loft bedroom is up a flight of stairs.

Originally from New Orleans. Portland, Oregon has been home for 15 years. We make Oregon Pinot and import wines from top domaines in Burgundy and Champagne. I love running, cooking, vegetable gardening, food photography, and travel.
